y/n POV:

"pizza delivery" I say setting the boxes of pizza down on the coffee table in front of the avengers

"thanks y/n" Clint says stuffing his face with pizza

"no worries" I say sitting on the couch next to Nat

"so did the coffee machine get fixed?" I ask the group who laugh

"yes Tony fixed it" Steve says 

"that is good, next time Thor watch where you swing Mjolnir" I say making everyone laugh

"I promise Lady y/n I will be more careful" He says smiling

"where is he?" I ask

"Tony he was suppose to join us but he might be in his lab, maybe you should go and get him?" Bruce says smiling

"sure thing I will be back in a sec" I say standing and leaving when Joel walks into the room

"y/n hey where are you going" he says approaching me and pulling me in for a kiss but I dodge and give him a hug.

"going to grab Tony... he is uh in his lab I will be back soon" I say the team watching us, I start walking to the lab when I hear him run up to me

"I will come with you" he says I just turn and look at him

"I think it is best if you stay here, I will be back soon" I say turning around and continue walking but he grabs my hand and pulls me in for a kiss. Shocked I don't react at first but then I push away

"ok I will be waiting for you" I nod and walk to the lab. 

"hey Jarvis is Tony in?" I ask reaching the door

"Yes he is" Jarvis says opening the door for me

"Tony!" I say walking in to the lab and see Tony working on something

"hey Bruce I will be down in a sec, just finishing this" he says not realizing its me

"Tony come on have some pizza before it gets cold" I say walking to his side he drops he tool on the table and looks at me

"I sa- oh your not bruce" he says wiping his forehead with his hand. I laugh

"no I am not but come have some pizza, everyone is waiting for you" I say 

"we need to talk y/n" he says turning and looking at me I sigh

"yes we do"

"y/n I told you I like you, how do you feel" he asks I look away from him

"Tony... I said to you that if you opened the door I would cancel my date and stay with you. But you did not and I had a wonderful date he even asked me to be his girlfriend" I say making his eyes widen

"what did you say?" he says 

"I said yes Tony, I can't keep going with this cycle of waiting for you to let me in" He looks down

"why" he asks voice breaking. I look away

"why?, the question is why did you let me leave" I ask looking back at him he closes his eyes and looks at his hands

"I wanted you to be happy" he says. I smile

"Tony I am happy if your happy" he chuckles

"then we are both unhappy" he says I nod, I hear his stomach growl making me laugh and him cover his face

"come we will talk later, lets have pizza... if there is any left" I say he nods and follows me out to the team.

Joel gets up and walks over to me smiling he then looks at Tony behind and frowns
