The young Detective thought about an old Native American proverb as he stood on the hilltop of a famous city.
He looked out at the buildings and city night lights.
He can hear the disruptive noises of the cars as they drove down the streets and faint voices of people talking.
"Which wolf will win?"the grandson asks as the saying goes.
"The one you feed,"it is said that his old Native American grandfather replies.
The Detective smiled to himself thinking of that ancient proverb.
Strangely enough the first time he heard it was when he was a boy living in Europe.
The battle of good and evil.
It's a battle inside most humans.
In his world it was an eternal battle.
What side is he on?
The side that makes him feel more powerful.
He hates vulnerability.A man like him should be all about strength and power.
A man like him?No,he can't call himself human,can he?
He thought about his dreams and nightmares.
His ancestors seemed to warn him alot about something that will appear to be like him but it's false and only set on destroying him.
Another wolf?Another creature of the night?
Perhaps.
He has enemies,but he's unafraid.
He doesn't fear anything.
He looked out at the city again knowing everything will belong to him one day.
He will rule everyone and everything and nothing can stop him!
Not this time.
