Chapter 6: This Is Great New Information for a Mental Breakdown

Techno was dragged over by his kids and Purpled to see Dream. Philza was quick to turn them away, which meant that the axolotl either told the winged man or he found out somehow.

As they started to walk back, Philza grabbed Techno's wrist, "Dream is terrified of Purpled. I wouldn't usually assume, but you and I both know how things can be in other places."

"He said he was looking for someone, right?" The brute asked.

The elytrian just sighed, "His two friends. One of them sounds a lot like Wilbur's partner."

"You got any more info out of him?"

He shook his head, "Nothing."

That's when someone cleared their throat to inform the two of their presence.

"Oh, Niki!" Philza greeted, "Hi, mate, I didn't see you there."

"It's alright, Phil." She smiled before handing them their respective mail and then pulled out a dirty looking paper with a frown, "And I wanted to bring this up to you guys."

As she showed them the paper, they two of them looked at each, holding a silent conversation. It ended with the conclusion: Get her opinion on why it's important.

"And why is this important?"

She sighed before pointed at the features the person on the paper had, "He is a hybrid and he's missing. Look at his smile, he wouldn't have just run away."

Okay, now that her stance was proven positive, Techno stared at the picture, thoughts running through his head.

"But it's just a missing poster, y'know we don't see many people out here."

"There's also..." She pulled out another paper, "This."

A Wanted poster.

"He's a green axolotl." She stressed then shuddered, "I know Wilbur and his family have been looking for his partner's friend, but what if... what if this is him?"

"Are implying that he was kidnapped?" Philza squawked in surprise, "You said he wouldn't have run away."

She nodded and then pointed towards the wanted poster, "And I think he managed to escape."

"That he has." Techno nodded and was greeted by a look of shock from Niki, "Found him in the nether."

Suddenly something clicked for Philza who covered his mouth in shock, "He was looking for a fortress. He was looking for a way to get the End."

"What?" Niki pressed, "Why?"

"George's friend, he said they promised to meet up in the End, it must be with a capital E not lowercase."

Techno frowned, "Then that means Wilbur and George are looking for a stronghold..."

Now it was Niki's turn to be surprised, "But why the End?"

"Because." Everyone whipped around as they heard someone speak from behind them, shocked to see a trembling Dream, "That's where I went missing."

Dream woke up shivering. He's had unpleasant experiences with Drowned. He remembered waking up one day in the middle of the ocean, drying up on land in the sun. His friends no where to be found. They had just reached the End, the dragon, but... he had gotten tackled off the island by the people that had been brave enough to follow them and into the void.

But shaking that off, he need to get in water fast and as soon as he entered the salty water, he was being attacked. A family of drowned dragging him down and tearing at his skin. The only one not attacking was a small obvious hybrid of them, who seemed distant. However, the kid was dragged over and instructed to attack, but frightened purple eyes met his equally frightened green. Quickly, he grabbed the kid and swam away.
