Zak and the guys are invited to the Stand Up to Cancer show. At his hotel Zak was looking outside when a knock came to the door. "Come in" he called out. Aaron came in. "You ready to go?". "I'm not going"Zak replied not looking at him. "Why?". Zak gave Aaron a letter that stated:

I KNOW YOUR SECRET BAGANS. DON'T COME TO THE SHOW OR YOUR SECRET WILL BE RELIEVED TO THE WORLD

"Do you know who sent it"he said. "No". "Zak who cares that people find out you had cancer". "It's not that Aaron because I was too frightened to tell you guys about it, I did stuff I shouldn't have done to my body. I would do lockdowns right after having chemo at a hospital the day before. Becoming so nauseous that I would go find an area to throw up so nobody would know how sick I was. After we came back from doing one of our investigations my body couldn't take what I was putting it through so I collapsed. I had to be rushed to the hospital that's when they found out I needed a bone marrow transplant if I wanted to live"Zak said.

"Zak, I wish you told us what you were going through we could of taking of the load off you. I think you should go show this jerk that you aren't afraid to reveal your secret" Aaron stated. That night the guys showed up with Zak. Backstage Zak was looking at the people when someone gave Zak a note which said:

THERE'S STILL TIME TO BACK OUT ZAKY BOY

Zak took the note, rolled it up into a ball, and threw it in the trash. Zak walked on stage with the other guys. "After seeing my father die of lung cancer something has been rolling around in my head and today, I've decided to tell everyone including the people who are watching this I've kept secret for a long time. When I was about seven, I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. I went into remission but years later it came back with vengeance the only way I survived was my twin sister giving me a bone marrow transplant which worked. I'm thankful for my family and I wish I let my friends in on what I was going through all those years ago" Zak replied looking at the guys.

The guys walked over, and each gave Zak a hug. After the show Zak was enjoying the view from the balcony when his phone rang. "Hello". "I saw what you did Zak that was brave of you"his sister remarked. "I thought it was time to reveal my secret to the world but if it wasn't for you I wouldn't of survived Rachel"Zak stated. "I know that Zak we all didn't want you to die after everything you had become. I still remember when I got that call from mom telling me the leukemia was back and you not telling your crew about it. I thought you had lost your mind, but I understand now that you're a private guy and there are some stuff you want to keep to yourself" she replied.

"After looking back on it I should of told the guys what I was going through maybe it wouldn't have gone to the point of me needed a bone marrow transplant" Zak remarked. "We may never known but I love you Zak and if god forbid it comes back you know the guys will be behind you one hundred percent". "Thanks"Zak replied. "Love yea" Rachel stated. "Same to you" Zak replied and hung up.
