Rachel is watching the kids play with the dogs as Zak came in from the back.  "Uncie Zak" Matthew remarked running to him as Rachel got up with Aurora.  "Hey how are you guys doing?" picking up Matthew.  "What's going on Zak I thought you were off filming?".  "We are but I have a problem mom was supposed to watch Gracie, but she got sick.  Do you mind watching her?"Zak asked.  "Let me ask Chris before you bring her over" as Chris came down. 

"Hey Zak, what are you doing here?".  "Zak wants to know if we could watch Gracie while he's filming.  I wanted to run it by you before I said anything" Rachel remarked.  "No problem, Zak Gracie is welcome to stay".  "Thank you Chris, I'll bring her over tomorrow" as Zak tickled Matthew.  The next day Zak dropped off Gracie and thanked them.

"No problem".  The kids came in, but Johnny stopped as he stood next to his father.  "Johnny what's wrong?"Chris asked.  "Me nervous don't know this dog"he replied.  "Johnny, this is Gracie, Uncle Zak's dog.  She's nice".  Johnny walked over nervous but patted Gracie than she nuzzled Johnny which made him giggle.  That night as the kids were getting ready for bed, they couldn't find Gracie. 

"Where did she go?"Chris inquired as everyone looked around.  "Daddy found Gracie she's growling at something in baby's room"Johnny called out.  They all went to the room as the baby was crying Gracie was growling at something under the crib.  Rachel looked under but stepped back as she grabbed the baby and Gracie than shut the door.

"Chris call animal control there's a rattle snake underneath the crib"Rachel replied.  "Aren't those dangerous?"Patrick inquired.  "Yes, they could bite you and make you very sick"Rachel replied.  "Gracie save Aurora"Johnny stated giving her a hug.  "I guess she did" Chris said as the boys gave her a hug. 

The next day Zak was getting ready for another lockdown when his phone rang.  "Hey Rachel, how's it going.  Don't tell me Gracie's sick or hurt"Zak inquired.  "No, she saved Aurora from being bitten by a rattlesnake last night"she replied.  "Really".  "Yes, she was growling at something underneath the crib I looked under and saw the rattler curled up ready to bite.  I grabbed the baby and Gracie than shut the door.  Chris called animal control and they removed the rattler". 

"Wow that's amazing".  "After that she slept in Aurora's room as her protector"she replied.  "She's going to get a piece of steak after that".  "Chris's mom cooked and cut up a chicken for her allready as thank you" Rachel replied.  "Well give her a hug for me and I'll see you soon"Zak said and hung up.
