Bella pov

"u r my mate" Damon said and I looked at him in shock. I must have nor said anything for quite a while as he started cursing quietly and began apologizing, "baby I m sorry I shouldn't have told u so soon. Oh God I m an idiot. I should have waited. U have just gone through so much but I couldn't. .. I... " I silenced him by kissing him on the lips. He froze in shock. "it's ok Damon. I don't know if it's possible but I have fallen for u already. I love u Mr Salvatore" I said kissing him. He grinned and kissed me back  and said,"I love u too ms swan" and he took my mouth in a passionate kiss. He tugged at my bottom lip and I readily granted him access. Our tongues went for a battle of dominance. I let him win after a while  and he tasted every corner of my mouth and moaned at my taste. His lips moved to my cheek, my jaw toward my neck and he sucked on my sweet spot between the juncture of my shoulder and neck. I moaned and pushed into him further.

A throat being cleared caused us to jump apart immediately. We turned to see Elena and Jeremy looking at us smirking. I rolled my eyes and flipped them off and went back to kissing Damon. They laughed and said,"that is the Bella we know now. But get some sleep. U have school on Monday so we r going shopping tomorrow" I groaned but nodded and snuggled into Damon. He chuckled and kissed my forehead,"good night mi cara"

"good night Damon"

I got up the next day to find myself snuggled in someone's arms. That someone was Damon. The last night came rushing back to me and I smiled. He had lied to me but that caused me to meet my real mate. I hated him but not his family. Yes, they left without a good bye but I couldn't hate them. They were and would always be my family. I turned around to see Damon sleeping. Wow didn't think vampires could sleep till yesterday.

I traced his face with my hand. As I touched his lips he kissed my hand. I was startled and he smirked. I swatted his arm and pouted. He kissed my lips softly but I was not having that as I tugged at his hair pulling him to me.

He smiled and kissed me harder pushing me onto my back and kissing me with savage intensity. He moved to my neck and sucked causing me to moan and buck my hips. He smiled into my neck. Just as he was about to move to my breasts , a loud banging on the door forced us to pull apart. Elena stuck her head in and said,"I don't think u want to do that here with Jenna and all of us in the house. Besides Bella we got to go shopping. So hurry up. " I sighed and nodded at first but brightened at shopping. Yes I know what u r thinking, Bella hates shopping. But no. Actually I love it. I just didn't love the Alice kind of shopping. Elena's face then turned serious as she said,

Damon pov

Elena turned serious as she said,"Bella Charlie called and told us that u have not eaten for five days. So first u r eating something" I stiffened and looked at Bella, "why baby. U should eat love" 

"I know and I will eat. It's just that when ed-he left, it hurt so bad that I turned into a zombie. But I will try now. Just one thing Damon,"

"yes baby" I said calmly even though inside I wanted to kill that guy.

"pls don't hurt me. I don't think I will be able to handle it. "

I nodded frantically and saId,"never baby. I will die before hurting you" she smiled and got up and went to the bathroom. I jumped out of the window after nodding to Elena and made my way back home

Bella pov

I got ready in my old clothes which were in Elena's house. A black crop top, red shorts, black rings and red heels. Yes heels. I was not clumsy. Just forks did a number on me. Me, Bonnie, Elena and Caroline spent the day shopping and catching up. They filled me in on what Damon had skipped or left out which was basically nothing. I was happy that he had told me everything and trusted me enough. Edward never told me a thing just made decisions. We shopped a lot and were exhausted. When we made it Home, Elena said that she and Stefan were going to the lakehouse. I knew it was a safety from the original vampire Elijah. Damon came over in the evening and told me that he was hosting a dinner party for Elijah and wad going to kill him with the dagger given by John. I was skeptical and worried but he told me to calm down and be ready.

I wore a blue dress which hugged me like a glove and blue heels. I put in sans make up and left my Brown hair in perfect curls till my waist. At seven in the evening, I stood outside the Salvatore mansion ready to knock when someone tapped me on the shoulder sending tingles through my arm. I smiled and turned expecting Damon but came face to face with someone else.
