Bella pov

My steamy liplock with Elijah was interrupted with a loud, what the fuck?

We broke apart and turned to see alaric and uncle John standing in the doorway. "Bella u r Damon's mate, so why r u kissing Elijah ? And Damon why aren't u saying anything?" alaric shouted.

Damon sighed and said, "because Elijah is Bella's mate like me and she has one more mate also" what? Alaric shouted

"no ways Bella! How can u be with two guys? And vampires at that! Absolutely not" John said. God I hate him!

"John as far as my life is concerned. I m eighteen and legally eligible to take decisions. And trust Me, I know much more about the supernatural than u supposedly do. " I said smirking. He huffed and frowned. 

Elijah squeezed my waist slightly causing me to look at him, "how do u know so much? " "let us go inside and when Steffen and Elena arrive, I will tell u my side of the supernatural world that I have been in contact with. Damon has filled me in about u all. "  he nodded and kissing me softly, motioned to go inside the house. I took Damon's hand and he smiled kissing me before leading us in. I sat in the couch between Elijah and Damon. The rest of them sat around us. Jenna came to greet Elijah and led alaric to the kitchen for help. I lay my head on Elijah's shoulder and played with Damon's fingers. Stefan and Elena soon arrived along with the gang and were updated on the prophecy.

They congratulated me. "I hope u trust me now. Because I will never harm the people that my mate cares about " Elijah said to them and they nodded. " feel free to exclude John from that list" I said smirking causing everyone to laugh and John to gulp nervously. Elijah chuckled and kissed my forehead.

I sat him down and plopped myself on Damon's lap with my legs in Elijah's. They smiled and indicated me to start with my story, 

I sighed and started telling them everything. I choked whenever I tried to utter their names and my mates always helped me bring my emotions under control. My mates growled at the mention of Victoria, James and Laurent.

I snuggled into them to provide them reassurance.

Damon shifted me and nuzzled his face in my neck and took deep breaths to calm himself down as Elijah did the same.

"continue love" Elijah said.

I launched into the explanation of my birthday and told them how I felt that jasper was not attacking me bunt had moved to protect me from Edward to whom I was a singer.

I then finally came to the scene of Tue forest where he left me and collapsed into my mates arms sobbing quietly as they tried to calm me down.

Elijah pov

I was fuming. They had hurt my mate and deserved to die. I was usually kind and offered second chances. But this time they would pay such a price that even Klaus would seem innocent in front of my payback

Bella's breathing slowed and we glanced at her to see her sleeping. Elena was very upset and her face was buried in Stefan's shoulder. Stefan took her to his room to calm her down. The others were also pretty much pissed. "how do u all know Bella?" I asked Bonnie

She replied that Bella was Elena's cousin and a best friend to all of them. She further said that this Bella was very sad and low and catatonic compared to the old Bella.

I vowed silently to bring back the old Bella and make her the happiest girl in the universe
