It's spooky month again and I have this WIP to show you! This is the sketch of my next Halloween artpiece.
I started this last month and procrastinated way too much. I wanted it to be done at least before the middle of this month because I wanted to try drawing some Deltrune characters. Unfortunately, that didn't happen because I had some trouble figuring out how I wanted their costumes to look. I already knew what I wanted to do with Uni but, I wasn't too sure about Mettaton. One of my ideas was to have his sleeves rolled up but, I was kinda lazy and didn't use the idea.
The Princess Peach costume Uni has was kinda inspired by Peach's Smash design where instead of having a plain pink gown, she wore a more detailed corset dress with gold embroidery. Once I do lineart and coloring, you'll really be able to tell the dress looks similar. I will probably leave out the embroidery because that might be hard to do.
I wanted to have them swap this year because I already drew them in roles that would fit them more and thought it would be funny to see Uni upset about being in a traditionally more feminine role with a corset.
