Phoenix, the symbol of revival and fire. This was Izuku's quirk, an upgraded version of his dad's fire breath with a small mixture of his mom's weak telekinesis (attraction).

I've decided I don't want to write this story (just don't like doing MHA stories, to structured) so if anyone wants to rewrite it here is the quirk
Quirk: Phoenix
Description: the user has 3 parts to the quirk
Pt 1, immortality: the user is functionally immortal. When they die physically, the user's body turns to ash and they come back as if they hadn't died. When they die from old age, the user's body turns to ash and they get placed into there body from when the quirk manifested (generally 4 years old), when this happens, the user rapidly ages over the course of 30 days
Pt 2, transformation: the user has 2 transformations, the first is a massive Phoenix with great power but takes a lot of energy, to the point where the user passes out for however long they were in the transformation. The second transformation is a Phoenix about the size of a hummingbird, the transformation is very fast but very weak, it also doesn't have a time limit (used for transportation).
Pt 3, pyro-kinesis: the user can, create, manipulate, and is immune to fire. The giant Phoenix transformation can also manipulate lava but not create it.
Drawback: each part has its own Drawbacks. If the user's quirk is canceled, they can die. If they stay in Phoenix form for to long, the time limit can put them into a coma for a long period of time. If the user uses pyro-kinesis for to long they can burn themselves, and that hurts.
(I recommend, when explaining the quirk, just say "the user has all the powers of a Phoenix")
