Once again these freaking Whitmore were doing there sick experiments on vampire, you would of thought that they learnt their lesson. Nope not these guys are glutton for punishment, they were not going to give up on doing theses crazy experiments. What made matter a little worse is the fact that since Wes had escaped Elise had been missing. Now I know that I really should have told Stefan that Elise had made her appearance, but with him hardly holding it all together I was worried that it might send him further off the edge. Elise wasn't just another girl that Stefan hooked up with, she was special, and until this very day he hasn't forgiven me for waltzing into his life and ruining what they had. So I knew the only thing I could do to repair that damage was to find Elise on my own, and letting Stefan see that she wasn't gone. That just maybe they could give what they had one more try, with Elise being immortal and basically like Stefan in some ways. The thing is trying to find Elise was like looking for a needle in a haystack. I even resorted to going all the way to New Orleans just in case that maybe she went back, but none had seen her for a few weeks.

Then I had Elena keep calling me asking why I was being so shady that I hadn't been around, I didn't want her to get mixed up in all this. I just told her I was out of town for a few days and I would be back soon, of course Elena wanted to question me further but I did the whole I had a bad line. The last time Elena saw Elise it wasn't the great of first appearance with Elise saving my life and killing Jess. None of them knew about the history Stefan had with Elise even when he was dating Elena, it was a no go area, and believe me there was times I wanted to bring it up when he pissed me off. Deep down I knew it was something I couldn't bring up, it wasn't because I didn't want to hurt Stefan feelings, but how I was haunted by Elise face when I last saw her. So this wasn't even about owing anything to Stefan it what I owed to Elise.

If she wasn't there I would be vampire chow. So I had to do everything in my power to find her and hope that Wes hadn't done the unspeakable to her. At this point it meant that I would have to get Stefan involved because everything I had done to look for her was failing. He knew Elise better than anyone, how her mind would work because I'm just epically failing here trying to find her. The more days that go past the more likely that Elise was going through hell, so I sucked it all up and made my way back home. I can't walk on egg shells for Stefan it was time for the truth to come out and find Elise and argue later. I parked up my car and walked towards the front door it was time to face the music, I opened the door as I walked in.

"What the hell happened to you?" I heard that squeaky voice of Katherine Pierce, this wasn't a great start of my day. She talking about me did she actually look in the mirror this morning?

"Ditto. By any chance, did a blonde turn up here to speak to Stefan?" It could of happened maybe Elise came here to speak to him and drop the whole 'I've been a vampire for 72 year' cause that would be the better scenario than what I've been thinking over the last few days. Katherine looked at me with confusion, I don't want to waste my time talking to her what would she know. "Stef, you awake?" I yelled looking up towards the stairs because I rather speak to the organ grinder rather than the monkey.

"You know, he wouldn't have seen her. I know because we were together all night." I look down at Katherine who stood there with a smug look on her face, no way would Stefan even entertain Katherine for a second. This was another of her typical Katherine trying to get under my skin moments, I'm not going to have it.
