Ran Haitani, the eldest of the Haitani brothers, one of Roponggi's ruler, does not have a weakness, well that is until he met you.

It was just like any other day for Ran and his brother. Strolling around Roponggi, beating up some people and breaking their limbs. It was just a normal night for them, not until an armed man charged his way towards Ran.

The brothers did not noticed the man running towards Ran as it was coming from their behind, sneaking an attack. The man almost stabbed Ran, but luckily you saw what he was gonna do and you decided to throw your bag on to the armed attacker. Ran only just got scratched in his arm as he turned around when you throw your bag at them.

"Are you okay?" You asked him as you ran towards them and checked his bleeding arm.

"It's just a nick, I won't die from it." Ran cockily said.

"Well that's good to know but we should at least stop the bleeding." You said as you fished your handkerchief in your skirt pocket and tying it around his arm. "There, that would do."

Ran just looked at you, not sure what to say as it is the first time that someone dared to talk to him without even stuttering.

"Brother, this bastard did you dirty. What do you want to do?" Rindou asked, currently sitting on the poor man's back, passed out. He passed out when you throw your bag at him, hitting his head on the wall.

"Remember his face, we'll hunt him down. For now, I'll have to thank our little missy here for saving me." Ran said through his lidded eyes, smirk evident on his lips.

"No need to pay me or whatnot, mister. I'm just glad that you're not seriously hurt. Honestly, you should be careful. Roponggi's kind of dangerous." You said as you crouched down to collect your bag and your things that scattered on the alleyway.

"Mister? Do you not know us?" Rindou asked, quiet curious as everyone in Roponggi knows who they were.

You responded with a confused face and said, "Do I need to know you guys?"

The brothers bursted out laughing with your statement, it is the first time that they met someone who doesn't even know them. Someone who doesn't know the notorious Haitani brothers.

"Hey! That's not even funny. I mean, do I really need to know who you are?" You said, quiet annoyed as to how they reacted.

"Ran Haitani and this is my brother, Rindou." Ran said as he eyed you from head to toe and he thought that you're quite cute.

"Y/N, my name's L/N Y/N. I just moved here from Osaka so I'm new here." You sheepishly said whilst scratching your nape, looking down.

"Y/N. From now on, you get to hang out with us." Ran said as he lift your chin up. "We're friends from now on, right Rindou?"

"Yes, brother." Rindou agreed as he dust himself up when he stood up. "We don't want our new friend to roam around Roponggi feeling scared." The blonde said.

Your eyes lit up at their statement, you just found yourself new friends.

That is how you crossed paths with the infamous Haitani brothers. Ever since that day, the three of you became inseparable. You've been with them since they were ruling Roponggi and now that they've become Bonten executives, leaving them doesn't even cross your mind.

Not when you married the older Haitani.

"Hey love." Your husband Ran, greeted you as he entered your shared penthouse. He kissed your cheek affectionately as he hugged you from behind.

"Welcome home, Ran." You kissed him as you faced him, returning his hug. "How's your day?" You asked.

"Same old, same old. Sanzu and Rindou being the chaotic idiots and the rest just being fed up with their idiocy." Ran said as he leaned down and kissed your forehead. You chuckled at his answer, it's just normal for you to listen about Ran's rants towards his co-workers. "How about you? How's my lovely wife's day?"

You smiled at him. He never fails at making your heart feel all giddy. "Nothing much. Just did some house work and cooked your favorite meal." You replied as you guided your beloved husband towards the dining room, motioning him to take a seat.

This kind of moment is priceless for Ran. Never in his life he had ever thought that someone would be by his side other than his brother, through thick and thin, but then you came along and proved him that even a person like him, is capable of loving and being loved.

Both of you were now laying down on your bed, a comfortable silence engulfs the room as you rake your hands through his purple locks. A thing which he loves as it comforts him, that's what he always tells you. He's hugging your waist while humming a nursery rhymes.

"You really love doing that huh?" You said with a smile on your face.

"Of course. Our baby likes to hear his daddy humming songs." Ran replied as he plant a small kiss on your bulging belly.

When you've learned you're carrying Ran's child and you broke the news out to him, his initial reaction was to cry. You thought he's crying because he never wanted a baby. But you're oh so wrong. Ran cried because he was overwhelmed. It is the second time you saw him cried, the first is on your wedding day.

"Ran? It's okay if you don't -" You were cut off by Ran's action as he kneeled in front of you. Kissing your belly whilst saying,

"No baby, we will keep our baby. I'm just so happy. I never thought I'd be able to have my own family, but thank God that you came into my life." He then hugged your waist, careful not to squish your belly as he don't want to hurt his child. "Hey there buddy. Thank you for coming into our lives. I promise I'll give you and mommy everything and anything. I love you both."

You smiled at the sweet memory that you shared with your wonderful husband. You couldn't ask for anything more. You were brought back to reality when Ran kissed your forehead. He placed himself on your back, hugging you from behind while gently caressing your belly.

"Thank you, Y/N." He said.

"For what? I should be the one thanking you." You replied as you rubbed circles on his muscular veiny arms.

"No baby, I should be the one thanking you. Thank you for giving me the most precious gift no money can buy. Thank you for giving me a family." He said as he litters your head with his kisses. "Thank you for giving my life direction when I'm headed nowhere. Thank you for being my light. Thank you for saving me, not just that day but everyday. Thank you for being the love of my life, Y/N."

I just need someone in my life
To give it structure ~
