"Its important. I have known this for awhile and I just couldn't keep it to myself anymore."
"What is it?" I asked, trying not to sound too eager. I wanted to know, but I didn't know weather or not I would believe her. She was just a stranger to me, I didn't even know her name.
"Ricky has a violent past. Its hard to believe now I know, but I swear its true. He always seems to do it to the people he says he cares the most about, its weird. Ricky seems to care a lot you so if I were you, after The Voice is over, stay away from him. Its for your own good."
She got up and walked away, like what she said wasn't a big deal. I decided it wasn't either, considering I didn't even know her name. I met Ricky on the way back to my room.
"Are you okay?" He asked.
"I'm fine" I nodded slightly.
He looked kind of distracted by something. "Is everything okay?"
"Of course, why wouldn't it be?" Ricky asked annoyed.
"You just seem distracted by something."
"Its nothing, don't worry about it" Ricky snapped.
"Are you sure?"
"Why don't you trust me anymore?"
"I've never said that Ricky" I sighed, opening the door.
"You're definitely implying it." Ricky snapped, following me in quickly. "Its Richard, isn't it? You're having affair with him, that's where you were before."
"Don't be ridiculous." I laughed it off. "If I was I wouldn't be engaged to you."
"Don't lie to me" Ricky said raising his voice.
"I'm not lying." I said keeping calm. "I have no reason to lie to you."
"Why don't I believe you?"
"I don't know. Why don't you?"
He lost his temper, he started screaming and shouting things that clearly weren't true. Then he did what I thought he'll never do. Hit me.
