hi, everyone! bago po ang lahat, nabasa niyo na po ang warning/reminder sa foreword ng kwentong ito? pakibasa po muna kung hindi pa n'yo nababasa. it might save you from disappointments, annoyance and frustrations 😆 it might give you a clue if this story will work for you. kaya pakibasa po muna ^_^

this story is sexually explicit and depraved. uulitin ko po, this story is depraved.

again, it's depraved.

wala pong role models dito. in some scenes, it could count as dubious consent when perceived in certain angles, and some people might find that offensive or even traumatic. baka hindi po akma sa inyong panlasa ang k'wentong nina mila at mateo. basahin po muna natin ang warning sa foreword para mas magkaideya tayo kung para sa atin ang kwento ng twisted.

seryoso po, please read the warning before proceeding.

pero kung gusto niyo pong magpatuloy, happy reading! and don't worry (spoiler alert) happy ending pa rin naman ito dahil romance pa rin ito. hope you enjoy  mila and mateo's love story!

"Naku, Ma'am, mukhang na-flat tire tayo."

Sandaling humilab ang tiyan ni Mila. That was the last thing anyone would want to hear when running late for a crucial appointment. Being late could be taken as an insult, and as far as the Zuritas and Vidals history was concerned, the slightest insult could be disastrous. Deadly, even.

Literally.

She wished she was kidding.

They'd only been in La Union for three weeks, and she'd only passed these roads less than five times since then.

The truth was, she and her younger sister had never set foot in La Union until three weeks ago. Even their father had never been in their paternal hometown until that fateful night three months back. For more than 50 years, La Union had been more dangerous to the Zuritas than Afghanistan or any other war-torn country in the world combined.

Then three months ago, everything changed.

The newly elected president won the support of Northern Luzon in last year's election due to the Vidals. And as a political powerhouse in Manila and neighboring areas, the Zuritas were just as vital for the incumbent president's consolidation of power.

To solidify his political power across the nation, the president asked the Zuritas and Vidals to let bygones be bygones.

It seemed laughable at first glance, yet here they were, the Zuritas and Vidals, about to have dinner together for the first time in more than half a century.

And Mila was going to be freaking late.
