Ellies Pov:

It probably has been one of two hours since we started learning.

I look over to the time.

It's 5.23PM

"Can we pleeasseee now take a break!" I whine as I lean back in my chair.

"How about we just stop for today?" Josie suggests and I look back to her.

"Really?" I ask excitedly and she nods with a small chuckle.

"Finally!" I groan while getting up and walking over to my bed.

I flop down on my bed, on my back, making her laugh again. I then feel the bed dip in next to me, so I look to my side, finding Josie lay down next to me.

"You wanna do something else?" She asks before brushing the hair out of my face.

But I don't answer, I just stare at her. I want to kiss her..

Why do I want to kiss her so bad?

"Ell?" Josie calls me but I just sit up and then put my hands on the bed, next to each side of her face.

"What are you doing?" She asks as she stares up at me.

"I'm not doing anything." I breath in her neck, making her tense up under me.

But then someone suddenly knocks on the door, which makes me jump off her immediately. Right after that the door opens and mom peaks in.

"Hey girls, dinner is finished. So would you like to stay for dinner Josie?" She says with a genuine smile and Josie then looks at me with a small grin.

"I'd love to." She answers with a big smile as she turns back to mom.

"Great! Then come with me." Mom replies before walking downstairs.

I look over to Josie to find her already smirking at me.

"Don't look at me like that now. I know you enjoy being with me." She says and then walks over to the door.

But I quickly grab her arm and spin her around, so she'll face me again. She immediately puts her hands on my chest to hold herself, so she won't bump against me.

"Do you enjoy being with me?" I ask while staring down at her.

Josie gently takes my arms away from her and then leans up and kisses my cheek. But this time closer to my lips.

"I wouldn't risk my brother hating me if I wouldn't." She tells me as she pulls away.

"Go out with me." I blurt out, making her slowly raise her eyebrow.

I quickly look down embarrassedly. "Sorry.."

"It doesn't mean you want to hang out with me like that. Just..forget it." I mumble before stepping away from her.

"You really think I don't see you like that after what just happened for the past few hours?" I hear Josie say, which makes me look up again.

"Dude, there were so manyp moments where I just wanted to pull you in and kiss you." She continues and I look down embarrassed.

"But.." she then takes my hands, making me look up again.

"If I'm already risking losing my brother because of this, I want to know it's right. So..let's just get to know each other for now." She tells me and I nod while squeezing her hands.

"I understand. But you won't loose Eric, believe me. He'll probably needs to get used to it and realize that just because I like you doesn't mean I'll neglect him. Eventually he'll be okay with it." I say and she smiles at me before laying her head on my shoulder.

"I'm just scared, Ell. I don't want to loose him." Josie replies, so I wrap my arms around her lower back.

"I know, me too." I mumble with a small sigh.

"Everything will be fine, okay?" I tell her as she lifts her head again and then nods.

Josies face then softens and she starts to smile. "Why are you so cute?" She mutters before leaning up to kiss my cheek as she wraps her arms around me, making me smile.

"C'mon, now let's go downstairs." Jo says as she drags her hand down my arm until she's at my hand.

She interwines her fingers with mine, which makes me smile. I look back to her to find her biting her lip to stop herself from smiling.

"Stop looking at me like that!" She whines embarrassedly, making me chuckle.

"You're just good to look at." I repeat myself from a few days ago, on which she starts to blush, so she hits my arm.

"Okay okay, I'll stop."
