School started but with everything going on I had been failing school already. I could barely make it to school at this point.
As my alarm went off I rolled over wanting to ignore it.
"Get the hell up Kay!" Kyo yelled from the hallway.
"Geez go back to college." I responded. I didn't truly feel that way but I mean we say things we don't mean right?

I got up and took my uniform off my dresser. I slipped on my black socks, my black skirt and the white button up and tucked it in, I loosened the neck tie and placed it around my neck adjusting it to loosely sit under my collar. I looked at my mess of hair and split it in two just leaving my bangs down. I made two small buns giving me space buns for the day. I gave myself a second turn in the mirror before I walked down to the kitchen.

"Good morning Kay" my grandfather said smiling as he flipped a pancake.
"Morning" I grunt as I grabbed a apple and walked out to grab my bag and head out.
"You not going to eat?" Kyo glanced over as I sluggishly made my way to the front.
"Got an apple." I raised my hand up showing my red apple I had already bitten into.

A motorcycle could be heard coming down the street. I shoved the apple in my mouth as I quickly adjusted my shoes on and grabbed my bag.
"Gotta go. Takashi is here" There was no time for anyone to reply as I ran to meet my lilac hair Toman member.

"Good morning, I like the buns"
I blushed as I nodded at him "thanks, I think it's nice too." I slightly turn to look at my butt as a joke.
He realized what I was doing and he started to blush looking over at my bare thigh underneath the skirt that had risen up in my movement.
"Not what I meant!" He yelled in embarrassment.

"Oh come on. I'm cute!" I laughed as I threw my leg over his bike wrapping my arms around his waist.
"You are cute" he said as he revved his bike to hide his embarrassment.

We where off to school. I didn't feel anything unless I was with Takashi. He he was what I wanted to spend my time with. He made the numbness melt away by just being there for me. It felt like I could breath when I was with him.

I failed Mikey. I failed Shinochiro. I failed Kazutora. I felt completely useless.

I headed into my morning class and took a seat at my desk looking out the 3rd window as I sat there mindlessly.
"Ms. Nagito?" The teacher shook my desk.
"Oh yes ma'am?"
"Since you have so much time to waste why don't you finish up this problem on the whiteboard"

I rolled my eyes and Yui looked over at me.
She mouthed "what's wrong with you?" As I passed her to the front. I had blown her off lately and she, well she started to notice.

I wrote on the board the wrong answer and received a bunch of laughter at my obvious failed attempt.

"Ms Nagito, I think I'll be calling home today."
Sure call home. Mom won't answer Ray will. I thought. I hadn't reported to the school I moved to my grandfathers house so they'd be calling my mom.

I sat down again and placed my pale hand under my chin as I returned to looking out the window.
Across the street I saw a blonde boy kick a guy in the face. "Mikey?" I said to myself.

I saw the remaining four guys pile in and start throwing punches.
What the hell? I thought as the bell rang.
I shot up from my desk without listening to our teacher and rushed to see what Toman was up too.

As I made it passed the school gates I ran into Emma who was also watching them fight.

"What happened?" I asked
"Apparently these kids started something with Mitsuya."
"Why would anyone do anything to him?"
"It was about you."
