Baji growled at the news. "How the fuck did you guys think leaving was gonna be okay? Of course they were going to talk to her grandpa. Are you stupid?"
Mitsuya crossed his arms "you tell her older brother no that it's a bad idea. Kay really wanted to see her grandfather."
"Tch! Look what fucking good that did her. Now she's back there!"
"Knock it off! Both of you. Seriously!"
Mikey yelled. "I'll be back later" Mikey had turned and walked off leaving Toman watching as he walked away.

Mikey wanted to think, he wanted a moment to himself. He just figured that he could be able to talk to Shinichiro and get everything off his chest. It seemed like it's been so long since he seen him when in reality it might not have been even 24 hours since he's been there.

He pushed past those doors and expected Emma or their father to be there with him. But he was alone.
"Good afternoon brother. I came here later then usual because you won't believe the stuff going on. I keep failing. All I want to do is help. Kay is now forced to be at her moms again and I just I want to do something no one is listening. What do I do.? I miss you brother."

Once Mikey slumped into his chair next to the hospital bed he noticed the sound of rustling going on.

Mikey looked up from his staring at the tiles to see Shinichiro body slightly adjust as if getting comfortable again. "Shinichiro?" Mikey said out loud.

For hours Mikey sat there expecting his brother to move again but nothing happened. He started to believe that he had created the movements in his head.

The door from behind opened to show their father. He had a face that was just as stone cold as ever. "Manjiro. You're here?" His father paused as he looked over at his two sons.
"Yes I have been, I was going to leave right now."
"Of course to be with those delinquents you run around with"
Mikey rolled his eyes at his fathers comment it's nothing new at this point. His father wasn't proud that Mikey followed along in Shinichiros footsteps towards gangs but here Mikey was formed his own gang.

As Mikey got up from his chair he walked to his brother and held his hand. "I'll see you later. I could really use your help. We miss you"
"Tch. He can't hear you Manjiro. He isn't in there anymore" his fathers words cold and heartless as ever. His father wasn't always a harsh man but after all that he's gone through he's turned cold and apathetic towards the world, his children.
"Don't say that he's there he's still in there!" Mikey yelled.

As he exited his brothers room Mikey wiped a tear from his eye.
"Mikey? What's the matter?" Emma looked worried at her brother.
"It's nothing. I got something in my eye"
As he passed his sister she stopped without turning around "you don't have to be strong all the time Mikey. You can always lean on me."
"I am fine. Everything is okay. Love you. See you later"

**back at my mothers

Ray stood in front of my doorway where I no longer had a door and stood there looking in.
"Kay.. what are you going to do now?" He sounded preditorial. Like he was going to do something if I said the wrong things.
"I'm not going to do anything." My tone had no emotions in them. My face nearly lifeless my eyes gray my right eye covered by my purple and black hair.
"Do something with your hair. You'd look prettier if you did" he smirked. His smile made my stomach turn. Disgusting pervert, how are you allowed to be outside.
I had just looked at him with no reply, there isn't use in fighting now. I'm stuck here every attempt I have made to be free has failed. I am more worthless in this timeline then I was in my previous one. How worthless of me. I shouldn't have been saved. (Kay wasn't aware Takemichi saved her)

My eyes watered as these thoughts filled my head. I just want to go home.
