"I love you" are the most powerful words said to many who seek affection.
Although, it is used quite often sometimes; it makes me learn the importance of words.
I had to make a tough choice, on whether to pick the right lover. And without a clear notion in my mind of whom.
I let my heart decide for me...then, my answer became simple.
"Emilia. I love you."
Emilia: S-Subaru...I don't know what to say.
Subaru: There are countless words that I've wanted to say for a long time. But, those three beautiful words...is what I kept hidden inside till now. Because, I love you.
Emilia: What's there to love about me, Subaru?! Where's this coming from?!
Subaru: Everything... From your kind-heart to those gorgeous elf ears. There's nothing that I wouldn't dare speak ill about you. Because, I love you. Emilia.
Jiro: Wow. That conversation took a prophetic turn than I'd imagine.
-I spat out as I laid on the grass. I can clearly hear Subaru grunt as I ruin their moment while Emilia giggled.-
Subaru: Don't you have someone else to bother? Otto, perhaps? Emilia & I were--
Emilia: It's alright, Subaru. Jiro always seemed to be the nosy sort. Right?
Jiro: You know me well, Emilia.
-I said with a bright grin on my face.-
Subaru: Ugh! I guess we should get a move on.
Jiro: That would be wise. Don't wanna keep Rem waiting now would we?!
Subaru: Why are you so inclined to return? We just saved the bystanders of Irlam. I think we deserve a breather, what do you think Emilia?
Emilia: I wouldn't mind a short nap on the carriage. Anyways, it isn't safe out here due to the-
Jiro: Witch's Cult.
Emilia: Correct. Also, there's something I want to discuss with Crusch Karsten once we reach the capital.
Jiro: Like what?
Emilia: ....... <stays quiet>
Jiro: Personal matters, huh? Welp, leave me out of your lady business then.
Subaru: Hey, Jiro? I never got a chance to ask.
Jiro: Hmm? What is it, Nat?
Subaru: When did you plan on telling the rest of us--
Jiro: The rest of us?
Subaru: Yea. Emilia & I.
Emilia: Um, Subaru.
Subaru: Yes, Emilia-tan?
Emilia: I already know what Jiro is.
Subaru: Really?
-He asks, as Emilia nodded in agreement.-
Subaru: Well then... this calls for celebration after we go home.
Jiro: Celebration!
-Childish excitement tracing to my neural system.-
Subaru: Yup. For all we did together. All three of us need a break.
Jiro: Couldn't agree more, Subaru.
-Responding to him, as he held out a hand. I took it as the escort arrives.-
