12. Chapter

Y/N POV:

A few hours later I woke up from hearing someone running around the station. I rubbed my eyes and propped myself up against the wall, not wanting to fall asleep again. I must've slept for a few hours given the fact that there wasn't much noise outside except the person, no the persons running around. I looked over to the door curiously as soon as the familiar noise of the door being opened reached my ears. 

To my surprise, Anakin and Ahsoka barged in looking around rapidly as if they were searching for the off switch on a time bomb. As their eyes found me they both seemingly relaxed and stormed towards me engulfing me in a bear hug. This made a flash of pain shoot through me and I groaned in pain. They instantly let go and apologized to me in synchronization. 

„It's fine you don't have to apologize, you couldn't know." They relaxed again, Ahsoka sat down on the side of my bed and Anakin suited himself on the chair. „We're so happy to see you in such a good condition you had us really worried." This time I apologized to them but they both told me that it wasn't my fault and that I shouldn't worry about it. „It's good to see you guys again too, but weren't you supposed to arrive in one to two days? I didn't sleep that long did I?!" I looked at Anakin awaiting an explanation, hoping that I really hadn't slept for that long. Again. „Obi-Wan informed us of what happened and we changed the plan a bit to be able to come back sooner. He'll come and visit you with the troopers tomorrow, he has to do all the paperwork today and the men have to take all the rest they can get but they're all really eager to come and see you." My mouth twitched up in a smile, I couldn't wait to see them all again. 

Ahsoka asked me what exactly happened, apparently the boys just told her that I had been hurt in battle. I told her everything I still remembered from it, leaving out the part where I was staring at Rex. „I assure you I'll only ever start fighting when I get attacked first from now on." I said more jokingly than anything else but regardless of that, I meant it.

„Yes I think that's a good idea. Let us distract you from thinking about what happened okay? Do you remember the time we taught Obi-Wan a lesson for once." The glimmer I saw in Anakins eyes made me realize what exactly he meant after I was clueless for a second. It now made sense why he didn't specify what he meant, he didn't want Ahsoka to get the same idea. My eyes widened slightly and I laughed uncontrollably, being slightly disturbed by the pain I got from this but not caring enough to force myself to stop. Anakin joined in and Ahsoka just looked at us bewildered, probably thinking that we've gone mad. After three or so minutes of calming down a bit, exchanging a glance with him and starting to laugh all over again we both slowly stopped, our faces already hurting from it. I took a deep breath in, filling my lungs with air before letting my breathing pattern go back to normal.

„Of course I remember that, how could I ever forget that, he was SO mad at us it was hilarious!" I said with a bright smile covering my lips.

Flashback:

I'm sitting on a bench outside of the temple, enjoying the sun shining on my face on this late afternoon with my eyes closed thinking about everything and nothing when I suddenly hear Ani calling out to me. 

„Y/n! Y/n! I have an idea you don't want to miss out on!" He sits down beside me seeming as excited as a puppy and I lazily open my eyes to look over at him. „Well what is it? It really has to be good when it's got you so hyped up." This really picked my interest. Ani leans down towards me and whispers in my ear. 

„You know how Obi-Wan always makes a big speech about how our lightsabers are our lives and all that when I loose mine by accident like he's never lost his before?  I want to see how he reacts when he thinks that he lost his lightsaber. Let's steal it from his nightstand when he sleeps and hide it somewhere. After that we just sit back and watch him freak out. What do you think?" Anakin has this playfully evil smile on his face and seems really determined. I get an idea and look at Ani, mirroring his expression in my own face.
