I'd apologise but I have something for you: closure.
The ending chapter has been finished forever, rotting away in my drafts and I tried to come up with ways to build up to that, which didn't quite work as you have seen. So I decided to publish it now, after editing some things in it of course.
My idea is that I will continue filling in the missing chapters, but that will most likely take forever to start, not even to speak of finishing it lol.
I have no idea if anyone is even still reading this but I am genuinely grateful to everyone who has taken time off of their life to give this a go and see where it leads. Sincerely, thank you!

P.S. I hope it'll makes sense now [after reading the ending] why I wrote in past tense throughout the story, or at least tried to do so. It probably seemed weird but it did have a purpose from the very beginning, not sure if it has the effect I wanted it to have though.
