Marinette POV
Miracle Goddess teleported us in an alternate reality, a way to add some flair when she defeats us.
"No more playing around. Time to end this!" She roared and fired Cataclysm at us. I jumped to one side while Adrien jumped to the other side.
I threw my fan at Miracle Goddess, she parried it with her sceptre and fired a wave of energy at me. I backflipped out of the way. Adrien parried another Cataclysm and slashed his sword at her chest. She stepped back and clutched her wounded chest, which healed in an instant. She smiled and used Uproar to summon a wave of golden liquid at us, pushing us of the ledge.
I landed on another rocky platform and looked around for Adrien. He landed next to me. He lost his jacket and his shirt is torn.
"She's giving Midas a run for his money, Milady." He panted.
"Stop with the gold puns, Chat." I groaned.
"Aw, don't be so gold, Princess." He said with a winking grin.
"Keep this up and you're about get a miner injury." I replied as I poked his nose.
Miracle Goddess sailed above us and summoned golden bees to impale us. Adrien stood in front of me and deflected the bees with his sword. I threw my fan at her again, this time cutting her cheekbone. She scowled at us.
"I'm getting hungry from seeing you struggling." Chloe chuckled as she summoned a giant golden bee statue to crush us.
"You're gonna go home hungry!" I shouted as I threw my fan again, slicing the bee in half. Adrien gave me a boost up, allowing me to kick Miracle Goddess in the face. The Bee hairpin fell from her hair. I caught and pocketed it and landed on the ground.
Each time she loses a miraculous, she get's weaker. I thought as I dodged a green snake trying to eat me. Adrien summoned black butterflies to obscure its view and beheaded the snake. Miracle Goddess punched a platform, using Purple Tigress's power, and threw it at us. Adrien and I dived out of the way.
"We need to remove the miraculous from her. It'll weaken her." I said and pulled out the bee miraculous. I fused both the bee and peacock miraculous. My clothes were the same except that my cloak was streaked with gold and purple.
"I'll wear her down. When I give you the opening, you use Venom to paralyse her." Adrien said. I nodded and hid behind the cliff.
Adrien POV
I dodged another wave attacks, ranging from snakes and rocks to my own cataclysm and polka dotted daggers. The more we fought, the more tired I became. It wasn't long until Miracle Goddess stopped time, freezing me in place. She punched me in the ribs, breaking them, and sending me flying into a wall. I slide onto the ground, coughing up blood.
"Time to die, Adri-nothing. When you see your parents, tell them I said hi." She said as she summoned a giant black sphere.
"Not yet. NOW, MARINETTE!" I called out. Marinette jumped from the platform above us and jabbed a bee stinger in Chloe's neck, paralysing her. She removed all of the miraculous from her, reverting back to her normal form.
"We did it, Milady. We beat her." I panted. Marinette wrapped her arms around me and planted a kiss on my lips. We walked towards Chloe.
"It's over. You've lost." Marinette said.
"Not yet!" Chloe shrieked and pulled out a knife from her pocket and tried to stab Marinette. I quickly intercepted her strike and got her into an armlock. Marinette used the lucky charm to summon a pair of handcuffs and cuffed Chloe.
"Ok, now it's over." Chloe said glumly.
"Time to head back." Marinette said and summoned a portal back to Paris, only to be surrounded by cheers from our friends.
Miracle Goddess's army has been defeated. Paris is saved once again.
