Alex POV
After taking down a few members of Miracle Goddess' army, I found myself facing Electric man.
"Revanche, connard (Revenge, asshole)." I growled.
Electric Man smirked and fired a large bolt of electricity at me. I rolled out of the way and threw some throwing knives at him. He deflected them and darted towards me. We exchanged blows. He threw a punch at me, I ducked and struck my staff at his ribs and then in the jaw. He stepped back and used his Electro Magnetokinesis to pick up a car and threw it at me. I threw my explosive pellets at the car, destroying it. Electric Man flew towards me. I pulled out my boomerang and threw it at him, he dodged and carried me up in the air. He grabbed my by the throat and dangled me at least 70 feet in the air.
"I think I'll just shock you to death. Then, I'll drop you. You'll be a grease stain by them." Electric Man chuckled as he charged up his gauntlet. I noticed my boomerang coming towards me and smiled.
"What's so funny, Lupin?" He asked.
"I think it's time for a shocking conclusion, Electric Man." I replied. Before he noticed, the Owl Boomerang pierced into his charged gauntlet. He dropped me and tried to stop the gauntlet from overheating.
"N-NO! I can't stop it!" He cried out. He screamed as his gauntlet electrocuted him. He lost consciousness and free fell to the ground. I managed to use my grapple gun to catch him.
I took of my Trench Coat and used it as a parachute to slow down my fall and landed on the roof. I looked at Electric Man and checked his pulse. It was faint but his heart is still beating. I handcuffed him.
"I wonder. If we met under different circumstances, would we be friends?" I asked the unconscious body.
I sighed and went to join the fight.
