We eventually made it back to the village, although it was a lot of walking according to Sakura, and she complained the whole time. I finally got fed up of listening to her endless babbling and screeching, and shut her up with a seal that locked her mouth shut.
As we reached the village gates, I unsealed Sakura's mouth, and practically bolted away from my team. No offense to them, but I had been with them for almost a week, in some pretty cramped house, and I was done dealing with them, I wanted some time to myself.
I ran all the way down to my shabby apartment that resided in the redlight district. Once I made it to my oor, I walked in. I didn't bother locking the door anymore because the villagers would just knock it down if I did.
I walked into the room, nothing much was changed, but there were a few new words vandalized on my wall, which is normal.
There might have been a few things missing, but if I;m being honest, I don't notice anything gone.
I decided I was just going to get ready for bed and sleep the day away, (Even though it is night)
I quickly completed my nighttime routine and got into bed, waiting for the peacefulness that I call sleep to come.
I sat and thought about a lot of things until finally I felt the familiar tingling of sleeping coming.
----------
I woke up this morning with Snowfall on my chest like always, I had to leave her here, and leave food and water out for her.
I looked over at the clock that was on my floor next to my so-called bed, to see that it was around 3 in the morning. I knew for a fact that I wasn't going to be able to fall back asleep, but I decided to just lay with Snowfall for a while.
I laid there for hours, up until it was 5 in the morning, then I finally dragged myself out of bed, disrupting Snowfall who gave an annoyed yip, and left to get ready for the day.
I got dressed in an ANBU styled outfit, just without the armor and mask, then brushed my hair and teeth. I made my way downstairs and cooked myself some breakfast.
I had training today, and Kakashi had made it out as really important, but he wouldn't tell us why, saying he'd "ruin the surprise".
I finished cooking and eating the simple toast I made, and walked out of my house, still not bothering to lock it, it wouldn't matter in the end anyway.
I had decided to bring snowfall with me, all we were doing was training today, so it shouldn't be too bad.
He walked over to the training grounds that they usually met at. Being the second to arrive there, Sasuke the first. Not surprisingly really, he had almost always been first, he liked to get here early for some reason.
"Good morning," I chirped, happily sending a smile his way. I was in a much better mood this morning than I had been in a while.
Maybe it was because my sleep hadn't been interrupted all night by the villagers.
Sasuke looked over my way, his gaze almost immediately dropping down to my side where he had seen movement, "Why do you have a fox?" He asked.
"Oh, right, this is Snowfall, I found her in the woods a while back and decided to take care of her." I answered his question.
He nodded before he turned back to doing whatever he was doing before. I sat down next to a tree, in the shade away from the hot sun.
We waited for a couple of minutes before Sakura showed up, then we waited 2 more hours for Kakashi to decide he finally wanted to show himself.
