" what are you doing out here?" I asked
" what am I doing out here? I come out here every night. What are you doing out here?" He responded.
" what do you think. I'm riding." I sass back.
" how did you know who I'm riding anyways? "
" I've seen you ride him before. " at that he turned around and galloped into the woods back to the barn.
" whoa." Jenna stated.
" I've never seen him be that much of a jerk before." Blair said. We trotted back to the barn. When we got back, Cody
was nowhere to be seen. Blair and I went back to our dorm and went straight to bed. I was up till midnight thinking of
why Cody was out there.
" Genevive......... Genevive........... Wake up.......... Ugh..........she's won't wake up................" I could tell Blair was the one
talking.
" dump water on her." Issac is also here. Well this is embarrassing. Boy is seeing me sleep. I flutter my eyes open.
" finally." Blair squeaked excitedly. " Sundance is having her foal."
We couldn't go down to the barn until Cora came and got us. She didn't want us watching In case something goes
wrong.
A long hour went by before Cora came to get us.
" ok. Walk slowly up to the stall and whisper only." My heart jumped. I have never seen a foal before. Especially a mini
foal. We walked down to the barn and peeked into the stall. Their in Cody's arms was a golden little bundle of legs and
hooves. It's eyes were huge and super shiny. It's hooves were smaller than my wrist. Sundance was standing their
munching on hay. I don't understand how horse can eat right after they give birth. It seems like most people are to
exhausted after they give birth. The foal walked up to Sundance and started to nurse.
The next day, we sat in the stall and watched the foal all day. The foal was a filly. Know one thought of anything to call
her yet.
The next mouth flew by. Before I knew it, it was already July. I was walking to the barn with Blair when we were talking
about the Fourth of July, when I noticed a door I hadn't seen before. I decide I would investigate tonight. Blair and I
worked on the serpentine pattern all morning. Then we cooled out our horses by walking to the river. When we got back
we ate lunch and cleaned our room( which was in desperate need of cleaning) then we went to bed. I didn't let my self
fall asleep because I wanted to see what was behind that door. I sneaked out of the room and out to the barn. I was
almost to the door when I heard a noise. Someone was coming out of the door. I hid in a stall and peeked out through
the stall boards. And I bet you can guess who it was. Cody. He walked through the barn and opened a stall door that had
a sheet over the whole stall so you could not see what was in the stall. Oh and what I surprise. Fury. Cody put the bridle
on Fury and threw on his coat. He was mumbling to himself. These were the words that I caught. Bareback, waterfall,
Fury, July 2 nd( the date today), and gone. Ya. Very confusing. I realized he was going into the woods. So I snuck up to
