"Oh, Luma…" his voice sent chills down her spine as he held her up over the ice. "I've heard you can't swim? Neither can you control your powers? I can just kill you with your own element! How pathetic is that." he chuckled, his white hair dangling down in his face, hiding his eyes.

"P-Please don’t kill me, sir! I-I will do anything!"

"No you won't." he snapped. "That’s just a trick. Just to live to see another day. Just to live to unite every single one of you bastards hidden somewhere in the world."

"I don’t even know what you're talking about!" she screamed. He just smiled.

"Of course you do."

"LET ME GO!"

"My pleasure." he released his grip, and she fell into the ice. It cracked beneath her, and she broke through, into the icy cold water. N-NO! It's s-so cold… I need t-to… F-focus… She closed her eyes, she couldn’t feel any part of her body, just pain as every part of her began shutting down, everything went black, and the last thing she felt was soft hands on her skin.

Luma lived a happy life with her parents. After an accident with a snowstorm, their house collapsed. Buried in snow and debris for days, Luma was surprisingly still alive, and in a very well condition. It is still unknown today how she survived, but all they knew was that she contracted supernatural abilities to control ice and snow.
