The darkness cleared away and with it the vision of the damp pink colored basement filled its vision once again. It looked around, the basement was dark and quite. With a few blinks it scanned the room. It's metallic ears twitched at the sound of water dripping onto the floor. It's head snapped finding the location of the droplet.

...Temperature of room: 40 degrees.

It's head turned with some sort of low whining sound that wasn't there earlier. It made its head more difficult to move, but only by 10%. Not even to be a hindrance.

Ears twitching again at the sound of a low groan, it turned its head in the direction of a the new light filling the room. It's pupils dilated, scanning the silhouette in the dark. Slouched over the desk with the light of the computer screen illuminating them.

It's head tilted a fraction to the side. It's lips falling into a thin line as it observed the human body, slumped against the desk in the chair. It did not take longer than one second to identify them as 'Angel Dust.' The computers screen seemed to be filled with coding software. All of it that appeared to be compatible with its own. Angel Dust seemed to be snoring softly, indicating that he was asleep. The pink sweater he usually wore, draped over the back of his chair.

Alastor took a step of it's small perch that it seemed to always be parked upon. With a quick glance around the room, it took a step near the desk. It's head tilting once more, ears twitching back and fourth like a cats hearing sound. It's dark red eyes scanned the desk.

A coffee cup, nearly empty. Containing traces of caffeine. ..Substance had hardened due to long term exposure to cold. Last warm, nine hours ago. Blueprints of what appeared to be its design, with pencil markings and notes. Stating possible improvements slated to be made in the future.

It brushed it's claws along the paper, looking closer at that blueprint.

One of the notes pointed to its chest.

Stating: location of therum pump.

Alastor brought a claw to its chest, where the diagram pointed. For such an important item, it was sealed with a very visible cover that was nailed shut. Though it couldn't help but determine it would be statistically easy to open it.

With a low cough, the machine looked at the human once again. Angel Dust shifted, curling in on himself in his sleep.

It's screen colored pink as the outline of the human body filled its vision.
