Sage sat in the library with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Cedric had given Harry a clue to listen to the egg underwater and instead of squealing it said something. "Repeat it again," Hermione told him.
"We cannot sing above the ground," Harry said like it was a poem.
"That's obvious, the black lake," Hermione said.
"An hour-long you'll have to look," Harry said.
Hermione sighs "Again obvious," she said as she hit Ron to wake him up.
Harry's head perked up "Excuse me? Hermione when's the last time you held you're breath for an hour underwater?" Harry questioned. Hermione stayed silent "That's what I thought,"
Before Hermione could say anything else Professor Moody came walking over "Mr. Weasley and Miss Granger. Professor McGonagall wants you in her office," Moody ordered.
"What?" Hermione questioned, "But the task is in just a few hours?"
Moody shrugged "As it is. Potter should have everything figured out by now," Moody said. Harry and Sage started putting books away. "Longbottom! Come help Lupin and Potter put away books,"
As Neville came over to help, Moody, Hermione, and Ron left. Neville was going on about plants and Harry was visibly annoyed "Neville, no offense but I really don't care," Harry said.
"Harry!" Sage hissed nudging him.
"What it's true?" Harry questioned, "Unless there's some radish that can make me breathe underwater for an hour,"
Neville bit his lip "I don't know about a radish..." He inquired, "But you could always use Gillyweed,"
Black Lake
Sage walked to the location of the second task with Seamus and Dean. As they climbed onto boats to make it across the black lake.
Neville had given Harry some Gillyweed to hopefully help him with the next task. Ron and Hermione were nowhere in sight. As they arrived in the middle of the lake there was a large wooden tower-like thing where the students could watch.
Seamus, Dean, and Sage walked over to the fellow Gryffindors to cheer on Harry. "Welcome to the second task of the tri-wizard tournament! Last night something was taken from our champions, they have an hour to get it back," Dumbledore explained.
As a canon went off to signal the start of the task Harry choked on the gillyweed Neville had given him before Moody pushed him in. A struggling Harry could be seen from under the water "Oh my god! I've killed Harry Potter!" Neville cried.
Suddenly Harry jumped up and everyone cheered, including Sage who yelled for him. "Woo!" Sage yelled.
Neville turned around "What happened?" He asked as he kneeled down by the three of them. Neville got no answer from them as they were too focused on the tournament.
Sage had turned around to look at Draco who just smiled at her. Sage smiled back.
Fleur had come back up after getting attacked by grindylows. "Vey attacked me!" Fleur cried as she climbed out into the water, he friends wrapping towels around her.
Cedric was first back after rescuing Cho Chang. Sage went over to help Cedric and Cho up. "Thank you," Cho complimented as Sage handed them towels. Cedric was now dating Cho Chang. Cedric gave Sage a dashing smile as he dried his hair off.
Before Sage could congratulate him his friends came running over. Viktor was next will, Hermione. Sage pulled Hermione up and gave her a towel. Hermione smiled at Viktor who was climbing up behind her.
Sage smiled at Hermione, but this just left Harry in the water. He only had a few minutes left.
After about a minute Ron and Gabrielle Delacour, Fleur's sister, game above water. The hour was up as they hit the surface. No sign of Harry.
"Gabrielle!" Fleur shouted as she rushed over to the edge with Sage.
Sage and Fleur both pulled the little girl up and then Sage put her hand out for Ron. They were both given a towel.
Suddenly Harry flew into the air onto the deck. "Harry!" Sage yelled. Harry coughed up water and Hermione rushed over, Seamus and Dean were already over there. Seamus had wrapped a towel around Harry and was rubbing his back.
"Here take my towel!" Hermione insisted, wrapping it around him as she kissed his cheek. Fleur walked over to Harry.
"My sister!" Fleur exclaimed, "You saved my sister even vough she wasn't yours to save!" She said and kissed both of Harry's cheeks.
"Your welcome," Harry said quietly.
"And you helped!" Fleur said, looking at Ron.
Ron smiled sheepishly "Well yeah uh a little," he said.
Fleur gave him a kiss before going off with Gabrielle. Ron was fazed by the veela kissing his cheeks.
"SILENCE!" Dumbledore yelled, using his wand to make it louder. The group next to him, including Sage, covered their ears. "Cedric Diggory will be awarded first place by using the bubblehead charm, and rescuing Miss Cho Chang,"
The Hufflepuff's cheered and Sage clapped for Cedric "Yeah Ced!" One of his friends yelled, patting his back. A picture was snapped of him.
"Mr. Diggory has informed me, Mr. Potter would have finished first if he had not waited for the others to get saved. As he also didn't just save Mr. Weasley but also Miss Gabrielle Delacour we will award him second place,"
Harry smiled "Look at that Harry!" Hermione said, cheering loudly for her best friend. Viktor had gotten third and Fleur got last. Sage smiled at Harry, before walking over to Seamus and Dean who were waiting for her. Sage smiled as wrapped arms around her best friends and made their way back to Hogwarts.
The Gryffindors through another party and the trio watched Harry talk with people. But the three talked with one another.
Sage was having fun, but the highlight of her night was when she looked down and saw Dean and Seamus, nearly holding hands.
