Sage turned to look at her father's car as he smiled lightly and she then turned and knocked on the Malfoy's front door.
The door swung open and it was Draco, "Marry Christmas!" Draco chimed and hugged the girl "Come in," he said as he pulled away.
Sage smiled "Merry Christmas," she said and stepped inside of the Malfoy Manor. It was huge, she looked around at the large entrance. "Woah-"
Draco smiled sheepishly "Mum and Dad are in the kitchen," Draco told her, "You can hang your coat there,"
Sage smiled and slipped her coat off and hung it up. "Thank you for inviting me," she said and smiled.
"Anytime, Mum is excited to you," Draco said, "I'll show you to the kitchen," Draco started walking and Sage followed him. He stopped once he pushed open large doors, as she walked inside she saw Draco's parents sitting at a large table. Draco took a seat next to his mother and Sage sat next to him. He gripped her hand tightly. "Mum, Dad this is Sage,"
His mother smiled widely and his father stared coldly, "I'm Narcissa," She introduced, "It's lovely to meet you, this is my husband Lucius,"
Lucius nodded politely, "Thank you for having me," Sage said kindly. She smiled slightly.
"Lunch should be ready soon dear," Narcissa told her, "But we care to get to know you, after all Draco talked about you all summer, mentioned you in his letters as well,"
Draco blushed sheepishly and Sage smiled at him, "Anything you'd like to know, ask away," Sage said.
"We'll do you play quidditch?" Narcissa asked.
"Yes I do," Sage said, "I'm the keeper,"
"She's a mighty good one," Draco pointed out, "Don't think Hogwarts has seen better in a while,"
"Very nice," Narcissa said and looked at Lucius who lifted his head.
Narcissa nudged him gently "Oh um- your second highest in your year, after the mudblood right?" Lucius asked.
Narcissa glared at him "After Hermione," Sage subconsciously corrected, "Yes,"
Narcissa nodded and then the oven went off and she stood, signaling Lucius to come with and they walked to get the food. "Sorry about him," Draco said.
Sage shook her head "It's fine," she said.
The two enjoyed dinner with Draco's family, It was great food and the Malfoy's got to know Sage.
A few hours later.
The couple was sitting up in Draco's room laughing.
Sage suddenly saw a spider, she jumped. "What?" Draco asked laughing.
"There's a spider!" Sage exclaimed quickly. She was afraid of spiders, but not like Ron. Draco stood up and took care of the spider for her.
"You're afraid?" He asked.
"I'm not afraid!" She exclaimed.
"Sure you aren't!" Draco teased, Sage smiled and rolled her eyes playfully before Draco came over and kissed her.
It all happened so fast, him taking her shirt off, and her taking his off.
The next thing the both of them knew they were lying next to each other, their clothes tossed to the side.
Sage was resting her head on his chest as she rubbed her back. She looked up to him and he smiled at her.
Sage smiled peacefully and he stared at the ceiling "I heard about Mr. Weasley," Draco said softly, "How is he?"
Sage face scrunched up, confused. Why was he concerned about Mr. Weasley, or 'blood traitor' as he says. "He seems alright, he'll make it luckily," Sage said.
Luckily. After Cedric's death last year she didn't think she could handle another. "That's good," Draco whispered.
Sage snuggled closer and Draco held her close. She loved him and he loved her. That's all that really mattered.
