"What are you doing?" You look down and your wrists are secured with buckles.
"Put her out." You hear one of the men standing around you say.
"No she won't survive." The other man says.
"Does it matter?" The first man replies.
You feel a needle pin into your arm. You start to numb and feel dizzy.
You land in the middle of New York's street with your hands covered in scars with small rocks in them and blood.

"RUN!" You hear a woman scream with a wrenching throat which made you realise what was behind her.
"No, no not here. Anywhere but here." You whisper to yourself.
But when you started to run your feet felt glued to the floor. You hadn't froze, you simply couldn't move.
"Please don't." You say looking up at it.

It reaches it long claws on your chest bursting your skin. Just as you opened your mouth to scream you were hit by rubble. Suddenly you were in London. Standing on the London Bridge with rubble all the way around you blocking you from getting out of the burrow that you were stuck in. You look between the large parts of material and see Peter.

"Peter!" You shout hoping he would help you.
"Y/n?!" You here him say as he turns around but before you could reply the same thing that dug into your chest jumps on Peter ripping him to shreds limb by limb.
"PETER!" You scream till your throat gives way. It's head lifts and turns around to you.
It slowly walks towards you and you shuffle back from the crack. It started to reach its hand in. Your heart beating out of your chest and your eyes pouring with tears which you hadn't noticed. But before the tip of its claw touched you, more rubble fell on top of you crushing you.

Suddenly you spring up from the bed and grab your head and cover your ears. A high pitched noise on full volume completely deafening you makes you wince as you close your eyes tight.
It starts to stop and you feel a hand hold onto your arm.
"Y/n! Y/n your ok. It's ok." Bruce says urging you to calm down.
You grab his arm almost crushing it, but you notice green start to make a gradient up his arm. You let go and Bruce grabs his arm rubbing it and seeing if any harm was caused.
"I'm so sorry." You say nearly in tears.
"Don't worry about it. You are in shock it's normal." He says trying to make you less anxious.
"Well? Did you see inside my head? Did you see anything helpful?" You ask hoping what had just happened was worth something.
"Yeah, um you didn't by any chance pick up future seeing powers anywhere did you?" Bruce asks raising an eyebrow but you shake your head. "It appears that the stones, one of them gave you this ability my bet is on the time stone but that's not important. Whatever it was the future really doesn't look good unless we get to it first." Bruce says while you jump off the top of the operation table.
"So what I was seeing was the future?" You ask leaning on the table.
"Yeah. I'm going to ask Thor about it. He's been to many planets he's bound to know this species. Either way I think you should go and shower. You got really sweaty there and you were basically screaming for most of it." Bruce says with sympathy.
You nod. "Before I go, that will help, like we can do something about it right?" You say hoping for a good response.
"Of course. Don't worry." Bruce says but you could tell he had a slight tone which made it sound like he wasn't so sure. But you had hope.
You walked to the door but before you could leave Bruce jumped in.
"Oh and y/n, not to be nosey or anything but when we do this protocol on other avengers there is only 1 person who they react to physically while they were out. For Clint it was Laura and Tony, pepper. But for you it was Peter. I'm not jumping to conclusions but maybe you wanna look into that?" Bruce says with a shy smile and you could sense his awkwardness.
Your eyes widened slightly and you looked and the ground before looking back up.
"Can you keep that secret?" You look up to Bruce smiling a little in response.
"My lips are sealed." Bruce says putting his thumbs up.
You giggle before leaving to go get that shower.

"I don't know Natasha. She's really pretty and cool and I really don't think I should jump the gun so fast." Peter says to Natasha at the counter in her kitchen.
"That's fine, but you can't leave it forever. But make sure it's a good time. Not when one of you is about to die or something stupid." Natasha says before sipping on her coffee.
"Plus I mean when are we gonna get time to make it work? We will be fighting and worrying if she feels the same. I know I will. It's so stupid. Forget it. It's too dangerous." Peter says before walking over to the sofa and grabbing the remote.
"That's true, but you think you can resist but you will end up giving in, trust me." Nat says.
Peter was about to reply when a scream came from the floor above.
"Is that y/n?!" Peter asks Natasha.
"Yeah she's getting that protocol thing that we all had to go through."
"I'm going to go check on her." Peter says before jumping up to go to find you.

You turn round the corner while looking at the floor.
"Y/n! Are you ok?" You here Peter and you snap your head up to see him walking fast towards you.
"Hey hey Peter I'm ok. I just did the protocol. Just sorta freaked out. I need a shower and a beer." You say while grabbing his arm for support.
"Ok I'll help you to our floor. I'm going there anyway." He says while helping you along to the elevator.

You rest yourself in the corner of the elevator as Peter presses the button.
"So uh what did you see?" Peter asks trying not to sound to pushy.
"Just uh a species and doctors and loads of scary stuff. Don't worry I'm ok. I'm a big girl I can handle it." You say jokingly to Peter while nudging him with your elbow. His face goes bright red and the elevator pings and the doors open.

Peter helps you along to your bathroom and lets you rest on the edge of your bath.
"You get in the shower, I'll get that beer and I'll get fresh clothes." He says while closing the door slowly.
"Peter." You say just before the door meets the wall.
"Yeah? What do you need?" Peter opens the door and looks at you with his perfect eyes. Those eyes could capture you all day. His hair ruffled and sorta messy but still soft, his lips. His lips. Maybe you were looking for too long but even though he wasn't noticed by too many, you could never miss him and at that moment it hit you.
"Thanks." You say looking up to his eyes.
He stands there almost as captured as you were.
"No problem. See you downstairs." He says while softly shutting the door.
You sat there pinching the fat on your thigh while thinking about the feeling you just experienced. You knew the word that was used to describe it but you couldn't imagine you could feel it so quickly. But no, no it's fine. It's too dangerous to get attached.

You hop into the shower and hop out again within 5 minutes. You wrap a towel around you and head out into your room. You looked to your bed and saw a sweatshirt and some plaid pj bottoms. You smile softly and see a pair of  cozy socks. He had shown you them before, aunt may knitted them for Peter when he caught the cold and he kept them even though they were hideous. God, you knew keeping this boundary was going to be hard. You threw on all this stuff, brushed your hair and put on some mascara and concealer. You knew that Peter wouldn't judge but it was natural to want to look your best.

You scrambled down the stairs and jumped on the couch beside Peter with his arm on the head of the seat you rested your head on his chest and he fixed the blanket so you were covered.

It only hit you there that you had just thrown yourself on Peter. You went red but didn't move and realised how awkward this was going to be. You tensed up a little and so did Peter. You hoped Peter didn't find it weird but Peter was more than happy but of course you didn't know that. He grabbed the remote that was sitting on his knee and turned on the tv and grabbed a beer and gently tapped you with it on the arm indicating you to grab it.
You spent the wrest of the night watching tv and not saying anything. Barely moving and admittedly it wasn't comfortable as you could feel your legs getting pins and needles. But you didn't want to move. It would make it too awkward and you were way to close to want to move.

You could barely keep your eyes open and slowly lost control until you fell asleep.
Peter finished the movie without noticing you had fallen asleep and when he did a soft smile painted his face. He put the bottle of beer on the table next to yours. And covered you up more with the blanket. He adjusted himself not exactly knowing what he was doing but didn't really care. He lay down and rested his head on a pillow with his arm wrapped around you and your head now fallen in place between the back of the couch and his chest with your hand wresting on his waist. Like I said, he didn't know what he was doing exactly because he was just so tired. But he didn't really care, you were safe beside him and the place was quiet and peaceful, and you both fell asleep. This was going to be so hard.
