The world is full of uncertainties, and you never know what's right or wrong, and what's true or false. But what high schooler's Ijekiel and Jeanette did know was that their two friends, Lucas and Athanasia, were obliviously in love with each other and refused to acknowledge it.

"Oh my god." Jeanette shrugged off her bag and sat next to her brother. He looked up from his textbook and chuckled.

"What? Let me guess, you had to listen to Athy rant about Lucas again."

Jeanette threw her hands up and groaned.

"Yes! And she says she doesn't like him! I mean, have you ever heard something as stupid as that?"

Ijekiel glanced at the door, and lowered his voice.

"Actually, yes- Lucas obviously loves Athy but won't tell her. For some apparent reason that I cannot comprehend."

Jeanette shook her head. "I seriously feel like I'm losing brain cells every time I hear Athy talk about Lucas."

Laughing, Ijekiel suddenly stopped, and smiled. Seeing this, Jeanette raised her eyebrows.

"You have that look on your face. Tell."

"Oh, well, hypothetically speaking-

If we set two people up on a date-"

Jeanette gasped before Ijekiel could even finish speaking.

"That's an amazing idea!!"

Athy and Jeanette sat in the town's library, studying for their upcoming science test.

"Ugh." Athy slammed her textbook shut and leaned back on the chair, legs lifting off the floor. "I'm losing brain cells doing this. Why do we have to learn about the types of chemical changes anyways?"

Jeanette looked up from reading her notes and smiled. This was the perfect opportunity to introduce Ijekiel and her plans.....

"Well, I have some news that might cheer you up!" Athy almost fell off her chair in surprise.

"Really? Tell, I'm dying of boredom right now."

Jeanette grinned. "You're going on a date on the weekend!"

"You are???! .......Wait, did you just say I'm going on a date?"

"Mhm!"

Athy frowned and shook her head.

"Nope, nada, zilch. Not going."

"Too bad, we've placed the reservations and the person has already agreed," Jeanette responded, hoping Ijekiel had already convinced Lucas.

"Are you seriously setting me up with a random dude?"

"Don't worry, he's in our class."

"Well, fine. It's not like I have anything better  to do on the weekend."

Jeanette squealed and jumped up.

"Holy cow Jeanette, this is a public library!"

Sheepishly, she sat back down excitedly. There was no way she could focus on revising for science now.
