POW!

Slappy fell on his back and gripped his sides in pain. He shut his eyes tight, and he clenched his teeth together. Then, looking up, Slappy watches Wally slowly advance towards him. The fight lasted a good thirty minutes, and Slappy was getting weak.

"Daddy!" A child's voice calls out.

Wally turned his head towards his niece and nephew, tied against the broken Ferris wheel, "SHUT UP!" He barked at them.

Once trapped in the manuscript, all the monsters surrounded them, laughing, roaring, and growling at the state Wally put Slappy in. The left side of his face was bruising black and blue, and he could feel the heat on his cheek from being punched. Wally ripped his clothes during the fight as they became dirty and tattered. And his ribs throbbed at every breath he took from Wally's powerful punch.

Wally stood over Slappy and grabbed what was left of his shirt, pulling him close to his face, "It's just you and me now. It's a shame that Keilee is busy now to save you and the kids, runt. So the children can watch their worthless father die in front of them." Wally laughed cruelly.

Slappy groaned in pain as Wally pushed him back to the ground and set his foot on Slappy's chest, adding pressure to his aching ribs. Gasping, Slappy weakly tries to shove Wally away from him. "Papa, please hurry with the book!" Slappy begged in his mind. Wally added more pressure on Slappy. His ribs throbbed painfully, causing Slappy to shut his eyes tightly and moan in anguish.

Wally wickedly grinned as he watched the pain on his brother's face. The children watched helplessly as their father weakly struggled to fight off their evil uncle. "DADDY!" The young girl shouts out, worried for her father. Wally turned his head back to the girl, "I thought I told you to SHUT UP?!" The girl struggled in her bindings, "Leave our father alone!" The boy next to the girl screamed.

Wally grinned, and his eyes narrowed. Lifting his foot slightly, Slappy manages to suck in air to his lungs. Wally snapped his head back to Slappy as he raised his leg and then smashed his foot down on Slappy's chest. Instantly, it felt like time had stopped, his eyes widened, and the children screamed. Slappy finally lets out a blood-curdling scream, and a sickening crack echoes around the area.

The siblings cried and whimpered as their father withered in agonizing pain. Tears streamed down the children's cheeks as their father gasped for air. Wally removed his foot off Slappy with a satisfied, evil look forming on his face. Some monsters clapped as others laughed at what they witnessed.

Stine's most famous creation, Slappy, lies weak, beaten, and broken on the ground.

The children cried as Wally stepped away from their father. Slappy lays still on his back as Wally moves away from his blurry vision. Slappy felt numb and cold. Trying to suck in a little bit of air, Slappy felt his lungs fill up with liquid.

He hears the children crying and begging for him to get back up on his feet. Slappy knew right away that once Wally slammed his foot down, he broke his ribs and punctured his lungs. "Where is Papa?" Slappy was and truly felt afraid for his life. Stine and the kids went to fetch the typewriter so they could rewrite the monsters back, but Slappy didn't know that Wally sent some monsters to stall them before the brothers began their ugly brawl.

The monsters made their way to Slappy and kicked his sides hard. Slappy yelped as they kicked and punched his chest and face. Wally stood nearby and watched the monsters with an amused grin. Slappy grimaced and curled on himself. He felt his ribs shift, and tears leaked through his closed, black-blue, bruised eyes.

Wally turned around, making his way over to the children, and smiled, causing them to shift uncomfortably. The monsters stepped away, satisfied with the work they did. Slappy weakly opened his eyes and averted his gaze to his kids, seeing Wally stand over them, "Stay away from my children, Wally." Slappy felt his ribs shift at this point as he choked and the taste of blood filled his mouth. Wally glanced at Slappy and rolled his eyes, "Tie him up." Wally said in an emotionless tone.

Vines from Dr. Brewer's plants wrapped around Slappy's legs, then his arms and chest, squeezing slightly. Slappy gasped, and his face scrunched up in distress. Slappy felt his chest burning as the vines tightened. Black spots swirled in his vision as he tried to breathe. Wally stood watching Slappy squirming as the vines lifted him in the air. Then, grinning, Wally faces his niece and nephew to see horrified looks on their faces.

"W-wally..."

Wally turned his head to Slappy. Blood poured out of Slappy's mouth as he stared down at his rowdy brother. "No one can save you, runt!" Wally chuckled darkly, "Stine's not here, and neither is Keilee!"

Slappy panted as he hung in the air; his gaze drifted over behind Wally, "That's where you're wrong." Slappy coughed as blood dripped from his lips. The black spots danced around his vision, and his head felt like it was spinning. Slappy felt dizziness as he coughed out more blood, as it came out of his mouth, onto the vines and ground. Wally frowns at Slappy, his arms crossed over his chest, "What is that supposed to mean, runt?" He laughed. The monsters laughed as well. None was aware of who was standing behind Wally.

"SLAPPY!"

"LET GO OF MY HUSBAND AND CHILDREN!"

The monsters grew silent as Wally snapped his head towards the direction of the two speakers, "No..." He whispered—a flash of light bursts out from where Wally faces and hits the vines wrapped around Slappy. The vines broke apart, and Slappy crashed to the ground in agony. The last thing Slappy heard before he blacked out was Stine's voice calling out to him.

"SLAPPY!"
