Chapter 9 - Wind Festival

The Wind Festival begins as soon as the sun rises up.

Me and Lumine are in our usual spot to watch the sunrise again and it has never been more romantic than this. Drinking hot chocolate together while watching the sun rise yet again in such a majestic manner.

Another canvas drawn and it's always a master piece. I get to appreciate the fine art of mother nature with Lumine as we chat and hold hands. Today is such an exciting day and it's also my day off!

We destroyed a lot of hilichurl camps and decimated many slimes which means that most of the knights can have a day off and celebrate the day.

Of course those who are willing to work are allowed to do their daily routine with a double pay bonus. Roughly.. thirty or so knights would be dispatched out of the hundreds of knights.

All of Mondstadt has never been this lively- ever! Early morning everyone gets up and gets started to prepare for then festival including Springvale. A lot of people will host food carts or games on a path way in and outside the city!

It'll stretch all the way to Springvale and of course that home town will have many many things to offer just like the city. It's a good way to make huge amounts of mora and there will be lots of people from Liyue to celebrate the Wind Festival.

They get to explore and observe Mondstadt culture. They'll eat fine cuisine, drink Mondstadt wine, buy some local flowers and ingredients, meet new people, and much more.

"Let's get our cart ready, Lumine. Baron bunnies sell out super fast and I have around four hundred in stock. We'll have intervals on taking breaks and having fun with the festival so everyone who's working can have fun as well."

"Ohhh that's really cool! Alright! Let's get rich and may I have a free baron bunny? Ehh nah I have you already." Lumine is so, so smooth. She just simply leans in and kisses me- that's all there's to it and I will always be impressed.

So yeah those who work are allowed to go on break for as long as they want so they can also participate in the festival. Then once they're satisfied they can go back to their cart and continue work.

Every year I sell baron bunnies and I always sell out! This year I have four hundred baron bunnies for sale and last year I had three hundred. This year however I have one hundred Lumime bunnies and one hundred Paimon bunnies in stock! They are limited time and they will sell out fast!

Of course for my thanks to Saiken I had to work extremely fast and with the help of some people I know- they were able to get around 100 Saiken bunnies. The elderly are always so nice to me and the mothers of Mondstadt gave me a helping hand as well.

They all sewed and did a wonderful job with the Saiken bunnies.

So the three new products will be called Lumun Bunny, Paimun, and Saibun. Saiken's and Paimon's plushies are a bit smaller so they don't have the bunny at the end of their product name.

So they're designed to be small charms for key chains, clothing accessories, can be attached to your weapons, pencil case, bags, purse, hat, etc. Paimun and Saibun are such adorable names too!

Lumun Bunnies are the same size as Baron bunnies but less in stock because I didn't have much time. I hoarded a lot of baron bunnies over time so I was able to save up for four hundred in stock.

"So Amber, where are we going to set up our cart shop? I was thinking that we have it outside the city and down the pathway to Springvale."

"Mhmm! I was just thinking of that Lumine. The wide open area under the many stars- ohh it's such an amazing atmosphere. I have everything ready to go at my place and hehe.. the hard part is dragging the cart to our designated area and it's heavy. We'll also have to come back to my place again and carry the necessary parts we need to build our mini shop."
