that night , ni-ki spend his time staring at the white ceiling , though it's dark , thinking about what him and jungwon talked about earlier .
he feels guilty dragging sunoo in his miserable life and not thinking about the consequences if he'll leave him soon . now , his thoughts were occupied by scenarios that would happen if someday he'll just leave sunoo behind . he can just imagine how painful it is for him .
he doesn't want that .
all he wanted was for sunoo to be happy , together with him .
and in just that night , ni-ki decided that he'll undergo the treatment . maybe it isn't that too late for him .. maybe he still have a chance . he wants to live longer . he wants to be with sunoo longer .
but what about the expenses ? even if jungwon reassured him that he'll help , it won't be enough . he needs more money to be fully recovered . leukemia isn't just a simple illness .
and his dad . if he'll know that ni-ki had this stupid illness , maybe he'll just end him so he won't have a problem anymore . he doesn't care for him after all . but there's a tiny hope for him that his father would still care for him .. even a bit of his love , ni-ki would be happy for that .
dawn comes so quick and ni-ki felt so tired .. he spend the rest of the night in deep thoughts that he didn't tracked the time . he eventually fell asleep , feeling tired physically and emotionally .

the morning comes and ni-ki went to jungwon when his dad left home .
he wanted to talk about his decision now and hopefully jungwon would really help him .
" won , about last night .. umm , I have decided that-"
" do you want to do the treatment now ?" ni-ki got surprised when jungwon cutted his sentence .. he even took his hand and hold it firmly .
"y-yes .. and I need your help "
jungwon never felt this happy before .. now that his friend had come to his senses and wants to live longer , the hope in him suddenly blossomed . he's happy ni-ki will finally do it .
" I will do whatever I can just for you to be cured ni-ki .. don't worry , i will talk to my dad . omg , I'm happy that you'll finally doing it . I won't lose you anymore " he said and wiped the edges of his eyes . he felt emotional once again .
" thank you won , I will be forever grateful for having you .. " ni-ki said sincerely .. it feels awkward having these kind of conversation for them but they feel so warm . they need more heart to heart talks to be used to it .
jungwon noticed some bruises on his arms and grabbed it suddenly .
" ni-ki , what happened to this ? did your dad beat you up again last night ?" he asked , genuinely concerned . it's the first time he ever saw bruises on his arms , since ni-ki's dad never hit him to those areas that are visible to other people .
" huh ? no .. and I don't know where's that from .. " he honestly stated .. jungwon checked the other parts of his body and spotted some on ni-ki's legs . he stared at his friend worriedly
" ni-ki , I'll bring you to the hospital now .. let's get you checked "
" but , I don't have money now "
" don't worry , I'll tell dad .. " he reassured and with a tiny nod , they both went to the hospital afterwards .
