The transplant have been successful and all Ni-ki did is to rest . Though he felt nauseous , he tried to remained calm . He knows the side effects will gone soon .
Sunoo and Jungwon was there with him ever since he came out from the operating room . They made sure that Ni-ki is well taken care off .
" Wonie , how's you and Jay hyung ?" Ni-ki asked him , and the older just blushed .
" Eww you're blushing " Sunoo teased then giggled .
" As if you never blushed before , Sun .. and by the way Ni-ki , why are you asking about me when all we want is to know how are you feeling . We kept asking you earlier but you just said you're okay . We can't buy that " Jungwon was suspicious about him . Ni-ki seems distressed .
" Yeah Ni-ki .. ever since you came back in your private room , you look more sick . Is there some side effects that you felt ?" Sunoo asked him . He's also worried about Ni-ki since Ni-ki always tend to hide whenever he's in pain . And that is not good for him . He even lied before that he didn't feel sick after his radiation and he fainted while they were about to go home . Good thing they're still at the hospital that time .
" Don't worry , I'm okay . " He answered , he's a bit okay now but the other two was still suspicious .
" Oh c'mon . Don't give me those weird looks . I'm okay , we can even hang out now " Ni-ki reassured them but both of them raised their brows when they heard the word hangout . He's supposed to rest and be healed , not to hangout .
" Oh no , young man . You're not going anywhere . The doctor said you'll stay here for a couple of weeks or more to recover . After that , you'll stay at home and we'll still take care of you " Jungwon said to his bestfriend who's lips are now pouting . Ni-ki didn't liked the idea of staying at the hospital for long .
" Yeah . Don't worry love , once you're completely healed , we can all finally go out . Like before . " Sunoo added , with assurance that it'll happen soon .
" Okay , if you say so . Actually I feel tired right now . Can I sleep ? " He asked , not wanting to stop their conversation . He really needs to rest for now since he feels his body is so weak . Maybe because the cells aren't infused completely as it must take time to actually happen . All he needs to do now is to wait , rest and be healthy once again . He really wanted to be cured .
" Okay , we're just here if you need something " sunoo said before placing a soft kiss on his forehead .

It's almost three months after the transplant and Ni-ki felt great . He sometimes go out with his best friend and have a date with Sunoo . He could feel that he's healed . Though sometimes his head aches and felt tired but he just thinks that it's just some side effects of his past treatments .
This time , him and his dad went to the hospital for his check up to monitor his health . He needs this to know his current state , if it's really cured or not . Because there's always a possibility that bad things might happen . His case is a sensitive one anyways .
Once he finished all the laboratory tests , he came out with the doctor . The doctor seems to be troubled that caught the attention of his father , and even him . Ni-ki was so nervous at the moment .
" Is there something wrong doc ? " His dad asked , worried about the results .
" I'll tell you frankly , Ni-ki's leukemia had relapsed . And his organs are also infected " The doctor said and all Ni-ki could do is to cry . His knee felt weak by hearing those . His dad couldn't even utter any sound as he was also shocked .
" Ni-ki told me that he felt pain on his abdomen area . It is because of his infected liver . We'll be doing some tests for his other organs as soon as possible . This case is really sensitive . It might get worse . " The doctor added
" So what are we going to do ? Can he undergo another cycle of chemotherapy ? What treatment can you offer us to let my son live ?"
" He can do chemotherapy once again but I'm afraid it can destroy his other organs in the process . "
Ni-ki feels like his whole world is going to shatter . He might die anytime soon . All their hard works were all gone into waste . He still have this stupid cancer . Thinking about it makes him light headed . And in no time , he just fell on the floor .
