Katsuki and Izuku are best-friends with Katsumi, Izumi, Shoto, and Shoko. Both boys have a loving family and amazing friends, but once they turned 4 everything changed.

Izuku's POV "What the fuck is going on. You guys both died!" Hisashi yells
" Dad let us explain"
After 15 minutes of explaining "So you're telling me that you guys are the successor of god and satan. Katsuki is also pregnant. And you guys are still dead, but are still able to roam around the living world." Akane says confusedly
"Yup that pretty much sums it up." I say joyfully
"Is that why you guys look so different?" Hisashi asks
"Yup" I say excitedly

"They also gave us a house with a recording studio, gym, playroom for the kids, movie room, and underground base, and a pool." Katsuki adds
"So I'm guessing you guys are going to live there from now on?" Hisashi says sadly
" We don't know yet, because Kat has control over how long his pregnancy is. We are still deciding if he wants to give birth right away or just wait it out." I explain
"Izu I think I should speed up the process. By the time we go to UA the baby is going to be 2 years old. That means it doesn't need as much attention as a newborn." Kat says
"Yea I advise you to give birth as soon as possible. It can make you lives easier." Akane says
"Can you guys cal a trusted doctor, so we can give birth here. Kat speed up the pregnancy." I say in a slightly panicked tone
"Yea I already called the doctor and their on their way." Hisashi says happily
"I can't believe we are going to be grandparents." Akane squeals while jumping in joy
"Also can you guys officially adopt us?" I ask them nervously
"Can we even do that? Technically you both are dead." Hisashi says with s confused look on his face " Damn, but how are me and Izu going to officially get married?" Kat asks sadly
" I will try and see what I can do. Do you guys want to get married now. I have someone that owes me a favor and I can get him to officially wed you guys." Hisashi says with a smile
" Dad please please please please ask him" I beg
" Calm down. I'll call him right now" Hisashi says while laughing
" Izu I sped up the pregnancy and I think my water broke." Kat says nervously
" Alright let's get Kat upstairs. When is the doctor gonna be here?" Akane says in a demanding tone
" He should be here any minute"
"AAHHH!" Kat yells
" Kat I'm here baby. Stay strong." I say reassuringly
"DOCTORS HERE" Hisashi yells from downstairs
" TELL HIM TO COME TO THE FIRST GUEST ROOM ON THE RIGHT" Akane yells back
"PLEASE STOP YELLI- AAAHH!" Kat screams
" I'm here I'm here" The doctor says
" How much longer until he starts pushing" I ask
" After the next contraction that when he can start." the doctor replies
"AAHHH!" Kat screams while gripping my hand
"Ok Katsuki you can start pushing" the doctor says
"AAHHHH!" Kat screams while pushing
" Baby keep going you're doing great." I reassure him
20 minutes of pushing "Congrats you guys have twins" the doctor says happily
" Kat look we have a girl and a boy" I say happily
" Can I hold one?" Kat asks
"Yes Kat of course." I say while handing him the boy
" What are you guys going to name them?" Akane asks
" I think we should do Katzu Midoriya and Akame Midoriya." Kat says
" I love it" I say while I look at him with a bright smile
" What should I put as the parents name on the birth certificate?" The doctor asks
" Mom. Dad. Can we put Midoriya as our last names on the birth certificate?" I ask them
" Yea sure. Also the guy that owed me the favor is on his way." Hisashi replies
"Okay great! Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Midoriya as the parents." I tell the doctor
" Well since the babies are healthy and all the documents are filled out, I'll take my leave." the doctor says before walking out
3 hours later Katsuki's POV I can't believe I gave birth and now about to marry Izu in the same day. Today is the happiest day of my life.
"Are you guys ready to sign the documents?" Hisashi's friend says
"Yup" me and Izu both say
"We'll sign your names here. After that you guys are legally married." the man says We signed the paper and the man left. I couldn't control my tears and started to sob.
"Kat what's wrong?" Izu asks
" Well we got married and had twins in the same day. I'm so happy. We went through everything together. The bullying, vigilantism, the neglect, abuse, the depression, our suicide, we literally went through so much together and I'm so glad I went through all these things with you. After that I hear Izu start sobbing while hugging me.
"Katttt I love you so much. I'm glad I was with you the whole time. You are my best friend. You are my husband. You are my favorite fucking person in the world." He says
" I love you to Izu." I lean in and kiss him
I hear sniffles and I turn around and see Akane and Hisashi with their baby Kyo in their hands with tears in their eyes.
"What's wrong?" I ask
"You guys are so cute and we have good news." Akane says
" What's the good news?" Izu asks excitedly
" Well while you were giving birth a man I knew brought us adoption papers. Me and Akane signed them and now we are officially your parents and Kyo is your younger brother." Hisashi says with a proud smile
"OMG KAT! We officially don't have to listen to our bitchy birth families anymore!" Izu says excitedly
" YEA FUCK THEM!" I yell as a response
"NO CURSING AROUND THE KIDS!" Akane yells
We all pause for a second and start laughing. Next thing you know we are in a group hug. I smile to myself and I just know I'm going to enjoy my new family.
