39. Sports Festival Part 5

3rd Person POV
"How was your talk with Shinso? Katsuki asked while looking at Izuku. "It was fine. He's coming over after school today." he responded. "Alright that's good. " Katsuki replied.

"Is Kirishima still and at you?" Izuku asked while looking at Katsuki with a worried expression. "Don't know. Don't care." Katsuki said with a plain expression. "Why don't you care? You were getting comfortable around him." Izuku replied. "If he immediately attacks me without even asking me why I did something, then he isn't a true friend. I say this because if you pay attention to how I act you would know that I don't do things without a reason." he replied plainly. Izuku sighed "Well I guess you are right. You never do things without a reason and I'm pretty sure most of the class knows that." Izuku said.

"Let's see the round 2 match ups for the festival!" Midnight announced before pointing at the big screen.

Izuku vs Fuji
Katsuki vs Shoka
Touka vs Shoto
Daichi vs Izumi

Izuku vs Fuji
The match playful. They did a bunch of hand to hand combat and use of quirks. Fuji didn't use her black smoke because she knew it doesn't work on him. Izuku ended the match by using telekinesis to push her out of the arena. The crowd cheered at their performance. Surely a lot of hero's will want to hire Fuji as an intern.

Katsuki vs Shoka
Katsuki played around with Shoka for a bit. Anytime she used her fire, he would manipulate it to make it look like she has no control of her quirk. After Latsuki got bored , he used telekinesis to through her out the arena. The Pro hero's were dissatisfied with Shoka's performance. Endeavor was furious because his daughter made an embarrassment of herself. Katsuki walked off the arena with a huge grin, knowing that nobody noticed it was him that made her look like a fool.

"WHY DID YOU MAKE MY SISTER LOOK LIKE A FOOL!" Shoto yelled at Katsuki once he saw him. "Katsubro what is he talking about?" Kirishima asked worriedly. "Shoto I don't know what you are talking about. Maybe your sister should train harder, so next time she won't make an embarrassment of herself." Katsuki said with a smirk before going to his seat. "I'll make you pay." Shoto said in Katsuki's ear. "I'd like to see you try." he responded.

Touka vs Shoto
Shoto immediaky try to freeze her with ice, Touka dodge it with he Kagune. He kept shooting ice at her, but she either destroyed or dodged it. He got annoyed so he starts to use his fire. She could not get close to him because anytime she tried she would get burned. She forfeited the match because she was covered in burns and couldn't find a way to defeat him. The crowd applauded her for her performance. After hearing the applauds she walked off with a big smile.

Daichi vs Izumi
Daichi immediately got pushed out of the arena by Izumi's telekinesis.

"We'll give it up for our top 4 contenders for the festival!" Present Mic yelled. "It is time to announce the matches for the second to last round!" Midnight yelled before pointing the big screen.
Izuku vs Izumi
Katsuki vs Shoto
Izuku and Katsuki are in a private room waiting for their match. "Izu are you gonna get some revenge during this match?" Katsuki asked. "Hmm I don't know yet. Probably not, we will truly get our revenge on them later."Izuku said. Little did they know, someone was listening in on their conversation.

Izuku vs Izumi
Izuku started to run towards Izumi at full speed. Izumi still had her calm expression because she thought that her telekinesis would deal win him. Once she noticed that her telekinesis isn't working she started to look more panicked. "Aw is your telekinesis not working?" Izuku said in a teasing tone. "What did you do?!" Izumi asked with anger in her voice. "Well I didn't do anything. Your telekinesis is just too weak." Izuku said with a chuckle. He ran towards her and punched her right in the nose. After he punched her he immediately used his telekinesis to through her out the arena. "Wow All Mights favorite daughter is so weak... pathetic." he said before looking at her one more time and walking off.

Katsuki vs Shoto
"I'll make you suffer for embarrassing my sister!" Shoto yelled before hurling ice at Katsuki. "Stop talking so big, we aren't kid anymore." Katsuki replied while dodging Shoto's ice. "You are still a loser. I don't know what happened, but you will always be a loser." Shoto said before shooting more ice at Katsuki. "Whatever." Katsuki said before teleporting in front of Shoto and hitting him with a barrage of punches and kicks. Shoto tried to use his fire, but Katsuki canceled it immediately. "W-What? How?" Shoto asked. "I have complete control of all fire. I easily canceled yours." Katsuki said before using telekinesis to throw Shoto out the arena. "That was boring." Katsuki said before walking off.

"Well Izu and Kat in the final round was already anticipated." Fuji said. "Yea it was. I wonder how they are going to fight." Eiji said excitedly. "They probably won't do anything too extreme." Touka said. "I think they might fight quirkless." Monoma said. The group of finalist looked at him. "Why do you think that?" Kirishima said. "Well they probably want to have fun and put on a show, but they also don't want to use their quirks since they have the exact same quirk." Monoma explained. "Hmm that does sound like something they'd do." Jiro said. "I bet the crowd is pissed that Suki predicted the finals." Daichi said with a chuckle. "Serves them right for doubting our Suki." Touka said.

Katsuki and Izuku were cuddling in a private room. "Izu let's fight quirkless." Katsuki suggested. "Why?" he asked. "I feel like it would be fun. Plus the HPSC (Hero Public Safety Commission) might start annoying us once they see how strong we are." Katsuki replied. " I guess you're right.Anyways it's time for us to go back." Izuku said. "Katsuki groaned in disagreement, but he still let go. Both boys walk to the stadium to begin the final round.
