4. Can Life Get Any Worse

Izuku's POV

Today was like every other day... sucky. Me and get getting bullied by kids and ignored by teachers. Honestly its nothing new and it doesn't really effect us anymore, but today before recess I felt a glare piercing the back on my head. I turned to see who the glare was from and it was from the group of old friends. I'm not a person that uses curse words a lot, but I think I'm going to start referring to them as the bitch squad. They act like snotty bitches that think they are better than everyone else just because they have strong quirks. They need to realize that a quirk doesn't make up someones personality or someones worth. Whatever, it doesn't even matter because sooner or later they are going to get whats coming for them. Well I guess i should tell Kat that recess might be a little more eventful that normal.

"Hey Kat."

"Hey Izu"

"Well I just want to let you know that we might have to watch our backs at recess today."

"Why" he said with a concerned look"

"Well today I saw the bitchsquad glaring at me today"

"The bitchsquad?" he asked confusedly

"Oh yea well um I'm going to be calling our ex-bestfriends the bitchsquad from now on" I chuckled

"HAHAHA! I LIKE THAT NAME. Also I didn't expect you to curse." He said with a smirk

"Well I can curse I just don't do it often." I huffed

"Well I kind of like it when you curse. It makes you sound tougher." he said with a blush

"Kat I'll start cursing a little more often just because you like it" I laughed I kind of want to hug Kat and give him a kiss on the cheek. I'm too scared to get caught by someone in our class, especially the bitchsquad. If one of them found out that we were gay AND dating eachother. That would literally be the end of us. They would tell our parents and spread rumors about us around the whole school. If that happens I don't even know if we would be able to survive that."CLASS ITS TIME FOR RECESS!" the teacher yelled.

"Well Kat lets go." I said but right when me and Kat reached our favorite spot in the courtyard we were stoped by the bitchsquad.

"Well well well look at what we have here." Izumi said

"It looks like the 2 quirkless losers thought that they were going to have a regular recess today, but too bad that we got a surprise for them." said Shoto

"A surprise?" said Kat

"Well me and the squad have been deciding and we came up with a wonderful idea." Katsumi said with a horrific grin

" Can you guys get on with it!" i spat

"WATCH YOUR TONE!" Shoka yelled

"OMG CAN YOU GUYS JUST HURRY UP AND TELL US YOUR SO CALLED 'SURPRISE' ALREADY!" Kat yelled

"Well since you're so eager to know I'll tell you. Well me and the squad decided that the bullying you have been receiving from us isn't enough. So we had a little consensus and decided that we start to bullying you with our quirks." said Shoto

"I-Isn't the regular bullying just e-e-enough?" I said nervously

"Aww is the little quirkless Deku getting scared because he can't defend himself and no the regular bullying isn't enough. We decided to use you guys as our own little punching bags to help us get better control of our quirks." said Izumi

"Do you guys have to do this?" asked Kat

"No we don't have to. We just really want to. It's not like anyone is going to stop us. No one care about you guys anyway. You guys should be honored that we are using you guys as our personal training dummies." Katsumi spat

"Now why would we feel honored." Katsuki spat

"Well because you guys are the first stepping stone and the first training dummies that put the future top 4 hero's on the path to success. Maybe we'll include you guys in a speech in the future." Shoto said

"HAHAHAHAHA!" the bitchsquad laughed

Suddenly I felt one my legs freezing to the point where I can't even feel like and then I felt my body lift off the ground and slammed into a tree. I hear a loud cry and groaning next to me. I look to the side to see Kat next to me I see Kat with a hand print burned on his cloths with an explosion mark on his stomach region. I started to hear a bunch of people laughing and thats when I realized everyone at recess was laughing at us.

"HAHAHA the 2 quirkless kids are weak" and extra said

"Why do we have to be in the school school with pieces of trash" a classmate said

"Everyone its time to go outside. let's not pay attention to the failures anymore. Theres no point in worry about them. When they grow up they will amount to nothing." the teacher said with a smile

"YES SENSEI!" the children yelled and started to walk back inside

"Now everyone knows that you guys are perfect punching bags. Don't die on us kay. We still need you to train." said Shoto while him and the bitchsquad walked back in class

"Ughhh Izu a-a-are you alright?" Kat said with pain in his voice

"Not really but I guess this is our new life now. Theres nothing we can do about it at the moment. In the meantime we just have to endure the pain and get stronger and smarter with the training and exercises that we do after school." I said

"Yea you're right, but what Shoto said before leaving just won't stop playin through my head." he said

"Which part?" I asked questionably

"The part we he said 'don't die on us' like what if we did kill ourselves. How would they react?" he said

"Honestly I don't know how they would react. Honestly they would most likely be regretful and realize their mistakes, but it'll be too late by then. Also Kat, can you promise me something?" I asked

"Yea sure" he replied

"Well if any of us ever decide that you want to kill or harm ourselves, we promise to tell eachother, so we can do it together?" I said

"Deal. But don't you think we're to young talking about these things?" Kat asked

"Yea we may be too young but we can never know what they world throws at us. Things can get worse from here on out and I just want to make sure we are on the same page." I said

"Well Izu it's time to go back inside. I love you." Kat said in a whisper

"I love you too Kat" I replied back softly

The rest of the school day went on without a hitch. Just occasional teasing here and there but it was nothing that Katsuki and Izuku haven't been through already. Now they left the school and it's time for them to go start training.
