once again I was woken up by a splitting headache being knocked out this much has to be causing some time of brain damage. when my vision focused I was treated by the captain's ugly mug.
"AHH" we both screamed and then groaned as we both had headaches I looked around and noticed everything is upside down
"Have I gone mad or is everything upside down" that's when I noticed I and the captain were tied together hanging from the ceiling of what seems to be a cave
"oh for god's sake what the hell happened," I asked looking around more but I regret doing so because I noticed a pile of fabric in the corner
"stop talking" captain groaned
"Captain," I whispered
"quiet wench" he groaned yet again
"are those our clothes in the corner" his head immediately started to look around then he finally found the pile I was talking about, the cave wasn't well lit but you could still make it out. I finally looked up at our bodies and we were in nothing but underwear. I felt my face heat up and the fact that my bare chest was pressing against his. this is embarrassing I started to feel tears in my eyes and my breath started to get shallow again
"calm down Elizabeth, if you keep breathing like that you're going to pass out" I listened and calm down the best I could
"We have to get down from here," I said and started to try and wiggle my hands out of my restraints
"Elizabeth stop wiggling"
"why I'm almost out" I looked at him and noticed his face was a tad red then I slowly felt something poke my thigh I felt my face heat up as well
"i- oh my- my apologies captain. ill shut up now" after that we sat in uncomfortable silence while avoiding eye contact. after a minute of this, someone came into the cave
"ahhh captain savage for a dangerous pirate captain you are quite unimpressive" a tall man with an eye patch walked into the light he had long dark brown hair with green eyes and freckles. he was followed in by 6 other men
"6 against 2, have you no honor?" captain savage said they must know each other but who is this other guy
"you are the last one who should be talking about honor" the mystery man then directed his attention to me
"well hello and who might this pretty beast be," she said getting closer
"I am no beast," I said to him and he smiled
"She calls herself Elizabeth the great" the women from earlier came out of nowhere
"ah come for another ass whooping" I smiled and she took a step back from me
"Elizabeth the great? how would you like to come and fight for me" he smiled
"ugh as if, I don't even know who you are" he looked taken aback by this
"allow me to introduce myself, I am the captain jack "one-eyed" rider. but everyone calls me one-eyed rider"
"a pleasure to meet you but can you please let us down," he thought about it a little bit and signed for someone to let us down slowly. when we were on the ground the ropes around us were loosened and I sat up which was a mistake as I forgot I was not wearing a top and savage had a show of my body I quickly covered myself and got off of savages lap.
"Why are we here" I heard savage say I currently had my back to everyone
"You've been away from the island for quite a while now, so I have stepped up in your place. All you have to do is officially give me the island." I heard captain savage laugh
"you are out of your god damn mind if you think ill ever do that" I stopped paying attention to the conversation and started looking around for something to cover myself. that's when I saw our pile of clothes I looked around to see if anyone was watching me I started to crawl over to our clothes but before I could I heard a whistle and was kicked in my stomach
"where do you think you're going pretty girl," the woman from earlier asked me stepping on my chest
"away from you, you smell of shit" I slowly started to feel around for something to grab she was not focused on me she was looking back at her captain. I looked their way as well and Rider had a sword pointed at savage. my thoughts were cut short when I had felt the handle of a dagger without hesitation I stabbed her in her leg and she fell to the floor screaming I stood over her and grabbed her sword holding it to her throat with my right hand while covering my breast with my left.
"lower your sword from his face or I stab her in hers" I threatened he thought about it for a second
"you wo-" I stabbed her in the shoulder before he could finish she screamed in pain he looked at me and then back at savage. rider dropped his sword but suddenly he pulled out a dagger and stabbed savage
"SAVAGE" I called out as he fell to the floor without a second thought I took the sword and stabbed the girl in the face killing her instantly. I quickly grabbed a jacket from behind and put it on then took the sword from her face and held it
"I may not like captain savage and he may not like me, but I have friends who would do anything for him so will i" I ran towards rider with my sword ready to strike I know I am going into this fight with little experience but I can't let his death go unavenged. but one of riders crew members came and tried to strike me but I caught his wrist and broke his arm before he could touch me, but then another one of his members got in the way as well. our swords connected with a loud clang he then tried to go for my head but I kneed and stabbed him in the stomach. out of the corner of my eye, I could see rider leave the cave with some of his mates
"RIDER YOU COWARD COME BACK HERE" I finally beat the last guy that was trying to beat me but before I could run after rider I heard a weak voice from behind me
"Elizabeth" I turned around and saw savage trying to sit up I dropped my sword and ran to his side to help him up
"Savage are you okay," I asked not wanting to touch him in fear I would hurt him more
"ill be fine it's not deep," he said looking down at his wound he then looked at me
"Why are you wearing my coat," he asked
"really I just saved your life and you are worried about me wearing your coat" I rolled my eyes and helped him off the ground. once we were dressed I put his arm around my neck as we walked out of the cave from where we were we could see the town and it shouldn't be a long walk.

when we made it back into town the sun was starting to rise
"CAPTAIN" we heard someone yell we turned around to see who it was, it was Jackson, Churchill, Wes, and Grey
"Where have you two been we have been searching everywhere," Churchill asked
"We were kidnapped by someone named one-eyed rider" they all looked at me shocked
"How did you manage to get out of there," grey asked
"um he stabbed savage and then ran, that man is a coward. but I manage to fight off some of his men before he ran with his tail between his legs," I told them we talked a little more before walking up to the villa they were staying at for the week
"wow, Elizabeth you fought off some of his men by yourself?" wes asked I smiled and nodded he told me he was proud of me and how far I've come compared to when I first came aboard.
