it was finally time to arrive in London we were about 10 hours out I could see a little of the shore from where we were. I was looking out at the horizon when I spotted another ship I immediately took out my telescope to see the ship it was a navy blue color with gold trim, for some reason those colors felt familiar to me. it wasn't until I saw the welsh flag my heart dropped it was my father's navy ship from what I could see they were heading straight for us, I dropped the telescope and headed into savage's office.
"savage, a welsh ship is headed straight for us" he didn't hesitate to leave his office and head to the main deck to see the ship,
"ring the bell" the bell is used to alert the crew that all hands are on deck. when everyone was counted for cap gave a rundown on how things will go and that we need to be prepared for anything but by the time he finished the ship was already next to us. about 5 men got off the ship and came onto ours everyone had swords drawn ready to fight. i was standing at the back but from what I could see it was General Ron and 4 of his men
"what gives you the right to step foot on my ship" savage growled I could tell the general was taken aback by savage's size I mean the man is 6'2 that's not a common height in wales. the general had drawn his sword pointing it at savage's neck
'bold move, but a wrong one'
"ill give you this one chance to move or ill have to kill you," savage turned his head and leaned into the sword so it was now touching his neck he looked into general Ron's eyes wanting to kill him
"I can ensure ya, you'll be the one dead " savage let out a whistle and boar jumped down from the mast above with his sword above his head in a split second general Ron's right arm had been cut clean off and was now on the floor, he fell to the floor screaming in pain
"KILL THEM ALL" that's when the fighting started more men from the other ship came onto ours both sides were fighting to kill. I watched as navy men were stabbed, gutted, and slaughtered without a second thought. the clang of swords hitting together was all that could be heard besides grunting and screaming.
"ELIZABETH BEHIND YOU" before I could think I had my dagger pointed at the throat of whoever was behind me, I came face to face with an old buddy of mine, lewis
"Nice to see you again Lizzy," I glared daggers at him while literally holding one to his neck
"I would say it's a pleasure but it's quite the opposite" I quickly flipped my knife and tried to stab him in the neck but he grabbed my wrist, shifting my weight I kneed him in the groin he curled over in pain. I didn't hesitate to stab him in the back of the neck killing him instantly
"the names Elizabeth asshole," I noticed that the sound of swords hitting together had died down when I turned around general Ron's army was dead on the floor.
"Alright men, let's get this place cleaned up," Savage said, during the cleaning process we count the dead on each side this time it was 28 to 0. after that some men clean the deck while others push the bodies into the sea by the time the ship was cleaned, it was late at night and we were ready to doc everyone had retired for the night the port was quiet. we moved in silence making sure not to bring attention to ourselves we wore black capes, I ordered for my men to follow me and do as I say. I knew a place where we could stay for the night, when we arrived I looked into the dress storefront a lit candle could be seen from the front window. I opened the door and let them in one everyone was in I closed and locked the door also making sure to close the curtains
"We are closed, we open tomorrow morning at 10" I heard her sweet voice say but she was still in the back of her dress shop, oh how I've missed her french accent
"I'm actually here to call in a favor" stumbling and falling items could be heard from the back of the shop, but she quickly came to the front. when she saw me a huge smile was on her face causing me to smile as well.
"Hayleigh" I took off my hood and held out my arms
"Elizabeth" she ran to me giving me a big hug
"Oh mon Dieu, je pensais que je ne te reverrais plus jamais" she kissed my forehead and held my face ( oh my god I thought I would never see you again)
"Je suis désolé je sais que je suis parti sans prévenir" i wiped a tear from her face and kissed her cheek (I'm sorry i know i left without warning)
"ahh le mot dit que tu as été kidnappé par des pirates" she stepped back to look me up and down before looking past me (ahh the word says you were kidnapped by pirates)
"I'm fine mon ami I promise" I looked behind me and realized I had never introduced them
"mes excuses, Hayleigh this is Boar, Graham, carter, Churchill, grey, and our captain Luke savage" she kinda hid behind me a little
"ce sont les pirates" she quietly asked (these are the pirates)
"oui" she looked at them a little scared and I can understand why they are pretty intimidating (yes)
"Je peux vous assurer que nous ne vous ferons aucun mal, un ami d'Elizabeth est un ami à nous" savage said we looked at him surprised (I can assure you that we will not do you any harm, a friend of Elizabeth is a friend of ours)
"I didn't know you spoke French," I say to him
"there's a lot of things you don't know about me princess" he winked at me I could feel my face heat up a bit. why did he just wink at me?
"um anyways Hayleigh I need your help, the queen's ball is in a few days and I need you to make me a dress and make my men here some suits. I know I'm asking a lot but I will be here to help and so will the men"
"oh, mon ami anything for you but I will need your help" she smiled and I gave her another hug
"but for tonight you all say here if the queen got word you pirates were in London she'd have you hung" Hayleigh then led us upstairs where she lived, it was a nice apartment, she had some spare rooms for the guys that they were going to stay in but she insisted I sleep with her. But the first thing I did was take a hot bath which is something I haven't done in a while,

"sooo I notice some sparks between you and the captain" she smirked I chuckled
"I'm afraid I don't know what you mean," I said rubbing the wet cloth against my body
"ahh, you saw the way he winked at you he likes you" I was curious about that too savaged did wink at me earlier and he called me princess which is weird. ever since I got on the ship he has called me wench or stowaway or Elizabeth but never princess.
"the captain doesn't like me, the entire time I have been on his ship he has called me wench, stowaway, or Elizabeth "
"How is living on a pirate ship going," she asked peeking her head into the bathroom
"would you get out I'm naked, and it's truly something different than being back home. I mean I cook sometimes and I technically have my own room" I told her, she did nothing of what I said but instead pulled up a chair
"speaking off how has your father taken you running away" I chuckled and splashed water on her
"I have no idea, but i know he is looking for me. today we had to fight off one of his ships" she looked at me surprised and wanted me to tell her more about living with pirates. so we stayed up through the night talking and catching up with each other.
