A gentle breeze through an open window blew past my face. I took a deep breath as the smell of salt water lingered in the air. I slowly opened my eyes to see a window with white curtains open, outside of the window was a port city. I slowly sat up, planting my feet on the cold wooden floors and limping to the window. I looked out the window for a moment taking in the scenery, I looked down at what I was wearing, I was no longer in a ripped skirt and shirt. I was wearing an oversized shirt. Just then there was a knock on the bedroom door I told them to come in.

"Mornin' Elizabe- why are you standing," Jackson asked walking over to me ushering me back to the bed, and handing me a glass of water. I chugged it so fast I almost choked

"How are feeling," he asked me

"In pain but ill live" I smiled at him, I genuinely smiled at him, something I haven't done in months. Before he could say anything else I stood on my feet again "so where is everyone else" I could tell Jackson was taken aback by my wanting to be up and moving around.

"You just said you were in pain Elizabeth you need to sit down," he told me I rolled my eyes and made my way to the door

"I also said that I would live did I not? Now you can stay in here but I'm going to find the rest of the crew" I told him and left the bedroom, and headed out of the living room area and into the hall, Jackson was right behind me. I limped down the hallway as I heard voices grow louder, Jackson helped me down the stairs that led to a little pub area. That's where I saw everyone Churchill, Grey, Boar, Carter, and Graham just to name a few. I smiled as they were all talking and arguing about god knows what. Suddenly the pub grew quiet as everyone turned their attention to me.

"Hey, you guys......I'm back" I smiled

I was then ambushed by the guys in a big group hug Boar was the first one to hug me, and everyone then followed suit. I whipped my face of tears as I didn't even realize I had started crying. After I had calmed down that's when the question followed

"Where have you been?"

"What happened to you?"

"You look hurt who did this to you?"

"When did you get back?"

"You look so skinny are you hungry?" I laughed at the last one as it was kinda true I have lost some weight.

"Guys, guys please, one question at a time," I said as I sat on a table with my feet on the seat. Grey then raised his hand, I giggled and pointed to him

"What happened, where did you go?" He asked me, I played with my hands for a little before answering the question. I started at the beginning when we split up in the tunnels under London, I told them about how my auntie held me captive. about how I was sold overseas by my father, about how I was abused, tortured, and starved on a ship. about how I was beaten, tortured, and worked to the bone on a plantation in Georgia. I told them about what I saw those people do to my friends, and I told them about how many friends I had lost. I ended the story with how I ran away, how I would have stopped at nothing to get back here.
