Butter Chicken With A Surprise

My alarm went off and I turned it off quickly, wanting more sleep. I turned over and hugged Jayden who was sleeping peacefully.

“Shit!” I muttered and shot straight out of bed. “JAY JAY! WAKE UP! WE HAVE SCHOOL!”

“I don’t want to go to school,” Jayden groaned and continued to stay in bed.

“Look! I’m not going to school by myself again, okay. So get up or I’m not making pancakes for you,” I threatened. It worked though. Jayden got up and ruffled his hair.

“You and your threats always get me,” he sighed. I kissed his cheek.

“That’s because you’re easy to threaten,” I entered the bathroom and washed my face before walking out into an empty bedroom. Jayden had left to get ready at his place which just left me by myself. I changed into my uniform and put my hair up in a loose bun before going downstairs to cook pancakes for Jayden. I heard the door open and Jayden came in with his uniform on but was struggling to put his tie on.

“That smells nice,” he said.

“You look like you’re struggling with your tie… as usual,” I chuckled and came over, doing his tie for him.

“Thanks, it’s so hard and stupid,” Jayden said while scratching the back of his head.

“Just like you,” I winked before going back to the pancakes.

“That’s rude.”

“I guess I’ll be eating the pancakes by myself then,” I smirked and placed them on one plate.

“NO! I’m sorry!” Jayden apologized. I placed the pancakes on the table and started to eat them. “PLEASE CAMMY! I’M SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!”

“Hmmm…,” I looked at Jayden while eating the pancakes. He looked like he was in pain. “I’ll think about it.”

“CAMMY!” he groaned and slowly went on his knees and begged. “You’re seriously torturing me.”

I sighed, “fine.”

“OH YEAH!” he fist pumped quickly before grabbing the remaining two pancakes and ate them.

“You’re such a kid,” I rolled my eyes.

“Only to you,” he stuck his tongue out and finished his breakfast.

“Rude,” I joked before grabbing his empty plate and placed it in the sink.

“Let’s go!” Jayden said and took my hand before walking out.

We arrived back and I wanted to open my presents. Jayden and Todd both sat down with me as I opened all the presents. They mainly consisted of money, jewellery and gift cards.

“So, you like your presents?” Jayden asked.

“Yeah,” I looked at Jayden who tried to innocently look away. Jayden coughed before handing me a huge box like the one he left me on my bed before. I opened it and there was a note inside.

I raised my eye brow at a smirking Jayden before laughing.

“I’m joking. I’m joking. Here,” he said and handed me another box.

“You really love these boxes,” I said and opened it. There was another note. “And notes.”

I looked at him confused as he kept his smirk on his face. He leant in and placed his warm hands on my cold cheeks, warming them up instantly before softly brushing his lips against mine. I felt something around my neck and I looked down to see another necklace around it. Then suddenly Todd came out of nowhere and hopped onto Jayden’s back.
