Wednesday
I woke today feeling completely refreshed and energized. Today is a special day. September twenty-fourth is my birthday and today is that day. I search my drawers for an outfit to wear today, found a good one, and headed to the bathroom to get ready for schoool. I nearly scream when I walked into the bathroom and saw myself into the mirror. The charcoal black thing spread across chest and my face. My right eye turned turned to a silvery color and I had no pupil which made it seem dead. I ended up deciding that I had to show my mom what was going to me. I walked downstairs nervously and sat down as the kitchen table.
"Good morning, mom." I nervously say to her. She turns, looks at me, and smiles. Her reaction puzzled me because she didn't scream or looked shocked in general.
"Gloria," my mom shouted, "hurry up and come downstairs. It's your brother's birthday."
She turns around and gives me my birthday breakfast. I got pancakes and eggs. My sister races down the stairs and starts singing with my mom.
"Thanks, you guys for doings this." I tell them. My mom puts my food in front me and I suddenly start feeling sick.
"Are you okay?" my sister asks me.
I start to say something, but I black out. The heat in the air wakes me up. The area I awoke in looked like a cave. The area was dark expect for a couple areas being lit by a blue fire. Out of the corner of my eye, there is a figure standing and watching me.
"You, a human as of right now, must begin your journey." it said.
"What does that mean? Who out what are you?!" I start to shout at it, but it faded away and I woke up. Around me was a lot of medical machines, so I determined that my mom took me to a hospital.
"Mom," I said weakly, " you here?"
Y-yes, I'm here." she said in a panicked, but relieved voice.
"What happened to me." I said.
"You fell out of your chair and knocked yourself out. I panicked and brought you here." she said as she walked over and sat down at the end of my bed.
"Is it still Wednesday?" I say stronger, but still weak.
"Yes. I'll be back with the doctor." she told as she walked out.
After what seemed like an eternity, both my mom and the doctor walks into my room. The doctor tells me that I'll be able to go home after a couple hours of resting. Those hours cone and go and then I'm in my mom's car going home. The ride home was quiet because I was thinking about the figure and what it told me. My phone goes off and I checked to see who messaged me. As I pull out my phone I see the time change to twelve o'clock. It is Thursday.
