A year later

I found Sang-won's mother, and I wrote down her location. I know she doesn't know me, so I could act as if Saybia's brother was mine. And I couldn't take care of him anymore. It sounds idiotic, but I have to try.

I went to a hair salon to change up my look. I was tired of my plain brown hair. I needed a change! I walked in and they weren't busy, so they just took me in right away.

"So what are you looking for?" The stylist asked.

I looked at some of the pictures on the wall, and I saw it, a vibrant red. Not really my style, so I just asked for a darker brown, and to add the red in as highlights. It wasn't as vibrant as the picture, and that's just what I was going for! I payed with the card and left.

I looked in all the children's shelters to find him. It took me about three hours to find the right one. I asked for her brother, and they walked me to his room. I walked in, and he was sitting at his desk. I knocked on the already open door, and he turned to me. His eyes widened as he saw me.

He sat on his bed so I could sit in the chair, he was looking at his lap when I asked,

"Are you Saybia's brother?" He looked up at me. I was smiling at him, I tried to stay positive for him.

"You know my sister?" He asked. "Do you know where she is?"

I looked away, I saw their picture on his desk.

"She's somewhere save." I said finally.

I watched him smile, and we walked out.

We made it back across town to Sang-won's mother.

"Ah, I'm sorry, we're clo-" She cut herself off when she saw us.

"Oh my! Are you two alright?" She asked.

We both nodded, and she took the boy from me. That was my cue,

"I'm sorry to do this to you miss, but I just can't take care of him. I live alone, and I can barely afford to keep myself alive."

She saw the tears in my eyes, they were real, but not for this situation. I was crying for Saybia and Sang-won all over again.

She took the boy from me, and I bowed to her. I left his suit case with her. I even left her half the money. I thought it would be best for her right now.

A while later, I was on my way to the skate park, I pasted my house on the way there too. I thought about seeing her when I get back, or even before I go? I stopped, and turned around. I went back home.

I still had the house key, and I opened the door. I walked in, and was hit with a wave of stench. It smelled so bad. I held my nose as I walked into the house more, and made my way to the living room.

"Auny?" I spoke aloud. "I'm home!"

I walked in, and she was on the couch still. But she didn't look the same as she would normally. I walked up to her, and she looked dead.

I put my hand on her chest, and millions of bugs came up. I yelped drew my hand back fast and backed up. What the hell?! She was gone...for how long?!

I called the cops and ran out. I couldn't be there to see anymore of it. I needed to be at my comfort place. Right now, I was about to have another panic attack. I made it there and went over to a bench. I tried to catch my breath.

In the middle of me breathing heavily, I heard a loud bang. I shot my head up, in these parts it could've been a gun shot. But no-it wasn't. It was...him! I saw him playing with another person, he looked more happy playing with them than me, maybe because I won a few times, and this dude kept losing.

I watched as he picked up his tile, and we locked eyes. He gave me that damn smile again, and I shot up. I ran over there I couldn't let him kill this man too!

But once I got over there, he was gone, he climbed into a black car and it drove off. I cursed under my breath, and looked over to the man. He was just a stupid teenager. Thank God I came over here, he had that card in his hands. I took it from him and yelled at him to leave. I looked at the card. It was the same number.

I called it when I got to my dorm. The same man answered,

"Hello?" He asked.

I gritted my teeth before speaking. "Hi, I wish to play." My voice was more stern than the last time I called.

"Miss Ollie Abyle, I'd hang up if I were you. Don't come back." He said.

He hung up before I could say anything. I already knew how to get into the game. So that's just what I'm going to do!

Now waiting at the same place I did last time, the van pulled up. The guard rolled down the window, and before he could ask, I told him the password. He accepted it. And I climbed in.

                                ***

My eyes fluttered open, but I wasn't in the same warehouse room. It was different. It was all back, with gold lights. And I still had my cloths I came here with on. I sat up, and I heard foot steps behind me, and I turned around. It was a man dressed in all black, he had a mask on. He came closer to me, and he walked around the seat I was on to be in front of me. And he started speaking.

"Good to see you again, player 600." His voice was darkened by the mask.

I couldn't see his eyes because of the mesh like cover on the eyes. But I'm sure they were smiling a sarcastic grin.

"Who are you? And where am I?" I asked.

He tilted his head before speaking,

"I thought you would know? Your at Squid games!"

My heart fell, it was that same dude who was in that limousine with me.

"What's your name?" I asked.

He stood up and walked away.

"Front man, that's all you need to know for now Ollie."

I felt the lights go out again, and my head hurt. Did he knock me out? I guess. I'll just sleep for now while I can until he wakes me again.
