He grabbed the denim messenger bag that was hanging on the chair and slung it across his chest. Anxiety was a little high today... That's the 3rd person that's gone missing, and nobody even has leads.. He furrowed his brows in thought before jumping at the sound of his name.
"Selever! You're walking today!" Called Sarvente from outside his room.
Panic didn't sear through him, more dumbfoundedness. "What about Rasazy?" He asked, completely boggled at Sarvente's ignorance.
"She's walking with you." She answered, peeking her head in. "I found a safer route for the two of you to walk to. Keep your eyes on eachother and don't trail off." She explained. "I can't drive you, car's acting up, and the bus is skipping this route today." She added.
He scowled. He hated walking to school, but now he had a reason to hate it. "Ok? Where is she?" He asked, scooping a few things off the table in front of him and shoving them into his bag.
As if the devil spoke, Rasazy clambered downstairs in her usual wear, a violet rucksack on her back. She walked up beside Selever, shifting her eyes to the door. He grabbed her hand -which resulted in a yelped response- and began to march out. He seemed tense, it worried Rasazy a little.
She tugged her hand, squeaking a "Gentle touch please?" As Selever walked out the door.
"Fuck... Sorry..." He mumbled under his breath. That was unusual of him.. Normally he wasn't the apologetic type, moreso, he always had a snide remark to say, but this was different.
Rasazy reached up and slapped her hand across Selever's forehead, which finally made him growl and push her hand off.
"What the hell is wrong with you?!" He asked, annoyed.
"What the hell is wrong with you? You're acting like we're entering a warhouse." Rasazy sneered, raising a brow.
Selever pulled his hand away, looking at the ground. "It's nothing. Stay by me though, do not trail off." He sounded serious... But she knew that.
"I'm not you, big brother, I heard what mama said." She nodded calmly, taking his hand back and leaving the church parking lot.

8:15am
The usual college gossip heard throughout campus has been taking a more worrisome turn lately. As everyone, from boys and girls, to the non-conforming and creatures, were shaken up by the disappearances among their own home town. Even the shy kids were talking to some of the more popular kids about what has been happening around them. It didn't help that the atmosphere was just filled with ambience, missing poster after missing poster riddling the school walls.
Selever passed by one of the classrooms, peeking into the window. One of the desks had bundles upon bundles of flowers and cards. He frowned upon noticing who's desk it was; Girlfriend's. She was the third to go missing, only having disappeared just two days ago, less than a week after the neighborhood fella Garcello had disappeared, then some commonfolk.
