Two months ago, in the small town of Stars Hollow, Rory is on the couch in the living room as Lorelai calls her from upstairs, "Rory!"

"Living room!" she shouted back waiting for her mother to walk down the stairs.

When she did she got a weird stare from Rory as she watched her walk down the steps wearing a newspaper veil on her head.

"I need your advice on something. What do you think?" Lorelai asked once she was in her daughter's view.

"Huh," Rory mumbled staring at her.

"Not good?" Lorelai asked panicking.

"I'm not sure. Have you tried the Arts and Leisure section?" Rory joked at the makeshift veil her mother had on.

"I need you to be serious," Lorelai snapped stressed.

"You are wearing a newspaper on your head," Rory said asking if she was serious.

"I know."

"And you need me to be serious?" Rory asked staring at her confused.

Lorelai have Rory a look, "I am trying to figure out veil lengths here."

Rory looked her carefully up and down taking in her mother's beauty. She liked the length, but wasn't sure it was for her. But she was also annoyed, still not completely over the fact her mom kept a twin sister a secret from her for so long.

Although she said forgave her she didn't completely actually forgive her. How could she just forgive her that easily for that?

"Oh, well sure," she mumbled looking at the veil.

"See, I kind of like this shoulder length kind of semi-poofy thing like this," Lorelei explained showing a half-listening Rory what she meant.

Finally catching on after Rory only mumbled to her response, she continued talking, "But there's also a longer one that might be interesting."

"Longer, sure," Rory repeated slightly turning her head.

"And then there's the full on Diana."

"Right, right."

"Which is nice but it just might be a little... You're reading me!" Lorelei gasped finally catching on.

"Wait, don't move," Rory begged trying to read the paper.

"Rory, stop it," Lorelei shouted annoyed, all abs wants is help picking out her veil. But clearly Rory isn't helping.

"This Putin arms race thing is really getting crazy," Rory joked as she continued reading.

"I am trying to have a serious conversation about the most important fashion decision of my life," Lorelei begged her daughter.

"Why don't you go to a wedding dress place and try a real veil on?" Rory asked annoyed.

"No way."
