Juliana has just dropped Tristin over to Madeline's since they're heading to their rehearsals together and Juliana needed to pick up a dress Madeline borrowed from her.
After getting her dress and stopping for a coffee, obviously, she made her way over to the school where the group all decided to meet to work on the project.
She wasn't there long, only a few hours, where they rehearsed their lines, mocked up their positions and how they'll move about the stage. Now, they're at Juliana's to discuss costumes and to type and print out their script.
"Can we take a break?" Juliana asked looking to everyone, noticing the group's change of energy from when they started.
They're currently in the middle of Act 1 Scene 2 and it's a lot more work than they thought to rewrite the script. But at least they have a sketch of most of the costumes and all they have to do is find or make them. Luckily, Spencer's mum was a designer so she can help with a few pieces, and hopefully, they can buy or find the rest.
"Please," Theo sighed leaning back on the chair and throwing his head back, clearly tired.
"If you insist we do," Spencer joked very happily, relaxing himself into the couch freeing his mind of Shakespeare for a few minutes as he does.
"Anyone want anything?" Juliana asked standing up and preparing to walk to the kitchen.
"We're good," Aubrey chimed looking around the group that's shaking their heads at the girl.
Juliana smiled as she turned, guiding herself to the kitchen for a bottle of water, when a voice chimed from behind her.
"Juliana, can I talk to you for a second?"
The person followed her into the kitchen and leaned against the island as Juliana grabbed a water. She turned around and pointed one at him, offering him it and handing it to him once he nodded his head with a small smile.
"Alright, what's up?" Juliana asked leaning on the opposite side of the island so she's facing him but with a gap between them.
He took a breath before beginning to talk, worrying Juliana about his long pause, "I heard something and I needed to ask you about it."
"Uh huh, what did you hear?" Juliana asked curiously taking a sip from her bottle.
"I heard from Andrew, that Tristin's dad is sending him to military school, but it's just a rumour."
Just like the sayings, Juliana felt her heart drop, but didn't allow her face to show any kind of surprise or shock, not wanting Andrew to know she didn't have any idea of it.
"I'd know if he was, and he's not. So the rumour isn't true," Juliana answered strongly and defensive, which she was. If Tristin was being sent anywhere she would know obviously.
Right? Tristin would tell her straight away, wouldn't he?

They finally have everything all together, with their costumes hanging on a rack in their Latin classroom while teachers and students from the drama and tech club are setting up the makeshift stage for them to act.
