me and melo looked at eachother before smilling and looking back at larry

"gelo is the cake here yet?!" i was a frantic mess. 6am in the morning me and gelo were rushing a round like chickens with out heads trying to get everything ready for melos birthday
"no! remember you said for the to deliver it at 6pm!" shit that's right
"okok i remember, go back to bed or sum so he don't know we been up, imma go pick them up" i picked up my bag and left the hotel
"MOMMA T" i ran to tina giving her a big hug
"omg im so glad y'all made it melo was nearly in tears last night saying that this would be his first birthday without you and zo" i pouted grabbing zo for a hug
"awww he's his mommas boy" she cooed grabbing her luggage and putting it in the back off the van
"ok he shouldn't be up yet it's still only 6:45, but zo this is gelo and diego's room key and tina this is the one for lavars, the even number rooms are to the right and odds to the left. i know how confusing" they nodded their heads and i gave them both key cards
"wait where you going?" zo took the card from me
"just gotta make sure everything's perfect" i gave a small smile
"rah you like you had no sleep, what time you been up since?" he grabbed my chin looking at the bags under my eyes
"ummm... like 4ish?" the gasped
"man go back to bed, you gon fall asleep half way thru the day!" zo said laughing but in a serious way
"no i can't zo, i have a few more things to do then i'll go back to bed, he won't be up till at least 10" or later i mean he could sleep till 6pm if he wanted to
"ky you too good to that lil rat" he patted me on the back before going with tina to the elevator
i made a few more phone calls, picked up a thing or too before slipping back into bed with melo at around 8:10am
"mmm you woke ky" melo said rolling over speaking in a low morning voice
"yeah i just had to use the bathroom, go back to sleep" he turned into me pulling me close. he placed his head in my boobs but i just brushed it off bc it was his bday. i rubbed his scalp making him fall back asleep with me slowly drifting off as well
knock knock*
"hello?" i rubbed my eyes
"y'all gon get up anytime soon? it's like 11am" lavar spoke thru the door
"we'll meet y'all at the restaurant at 11:30" i semi yelled back
"melo, melo dip?" he groaned
"melo you woke" i rubbed his scalp
"mmm" he grumbled
"we gotta get up it's someone's birthday todayyyy" i shock him slightly
"oh yeahhh i kinda forgot" again morning voice 😏🥰
we got up and got ready
"cmon melo everyone's waiting for us at the restaurant" we grabbed our stuff and headed to the hotel restaurant
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MELO!!!" everyone yelled as we walked in
"MA!" melo ran to tina giving her a big hug
"ok then don't say hi" zo scoffed
"oh shit zo here too?!" he dapped up zo cheesing big time
"mhmm now hurry up we been waiting for your ass so we can eat, well most of us gelos fat ass already found the bacon" zo pointed to gelo sitting at the table with bacon and pancakes on his plate already
we laughed and said good morning to everyone
"ky did you kno they were here" melo asked while we were all at the table
"nigga she flew them out" gelo said laughing while taking a sip of whatever red liquid he had in his glass
"really?! how you not tell me?" he put his hand on his chest like he was butt hurt
"it's called a surprise dip, now you gon eat that strawberry or am i gon have to take it off your hands" i pointed to the red strawberry on his plate
"all yours" he put his hand on my thigh grabbing it slightly under the table
(imma skip to dinner bc yes) we spent the day lounging around the outdoors pool and having fun with eachother but now i was waiting for melo to get dressed to go to the birthday dinner i had planned
"melo hurry up!" we were gonna be fashionably late; 47 minutes to be exact
"im coming girl, hold on"
"we'll look who took their sweet ass time again" gelo said to us as we walked thru the doors
"and look who already started eating" zo said laughing at gelo making him flick zo off. me and melo laughed
the restaurant we booked out was decorated with orange and black colours with light up letters that spelt out 'MELO DIP' and '17' balloons behind a table filled with gifts from all of us

everything looked exactly as it did when i came here at 7 this morning
"WOWWW" melo said looking at everything and taking it in
"happy birthday baby" tina gave melo a kiss on the cheek making me coo
we all sat down and ordered. i had chicken alfredo with a berry and mint drink, melo had steak, potatoes, vegetables and chips, zo and gelo got the same as melo with sprites and pepsi. lavar got a traditional lithuanian dish to prove a point for some reason that he barely touched🤦🏽♀️ and tina got a cheeseburger with a salad and wine
