Their eyes locked and she did her best in pleading him not to with her eyes. And the last thing she saw before closing her eyes was him jumping out.

She opened her eyes and saw him sighing deeply

Knowing that he was alright, anger replaced her worry and she just left the place giving him a sharp look.

They both left to Ashwin's house to take some rest before getting ready.
Poo vaikra function (it's a custom done in which both families goes to the temple and does pooja with the invitation and wedding dress of ponnu maaplai for the wedding to happen without any hurdles. After which both the bride and groom are not allowed to leave their house)
Sivaangi's family reached the temple first with the invitations and pooja materials. Her parents were confused on why sivaangi looked so sullen as she's been the most enthusiastic bride so far. She was really mad at him this time, even more mad for spoiling an important day.
Ashwin's family reached and his eyes started searching for his rowdy.
