First Life

Before the Emperor can talk this matter with Su Qing and Xu JinXin. The rumor spread out in the capital city that the only son of General Su have proposed marriage to General Xu. These two were even already cohabiting. Another news come from the palace that the Empress fell out of favour because of her pampered Son and daughter. Even the crown Prince position is empty now.

General Su heard the reports of the shadow guard and sighed 'it seems he will not see the face of grandchildren even after getting rid of that scum crown...no...first prince. But this young Wargod is way too good from that schmbag'

But the rumours about General Xu was also not very good. Especially the truth that he is cripple now. General Su sighed. If his son wants to marry him then he will not stop them.

The Emperor looked at two young man in front of him. He doesn't know what to talk about. He hesitately opened his mouth to ask but Su Qing answered him first "Your Majesty. Little Qing said it in a whim. I would like to apologise to your Majesty and General Xu for my nonsense."

The Emperor looked at his Nephew who is looking at Su Qing with starry eyes and understood something "I can understand the situation but the news have been already spread out by the crowd. If you don't get engaged now then your reputation will suffer a great loss. I would recommend you two to get engaged for now. We will talk about the rest later."

Su Qing frowned but smiled evily inward. "As you say. Your Majesty."

He bowed and left the study.

The Emperor looked at Xu JinXin whose eyes followed the certain person outside. He patted on little Xin's shoulder "you have to work hard. You know?"

Xu JinXin nodded.

That night Xu JinXin didn't saw Su Qing swinging in his garden. He looked at the main guard. The main guard was maybe waiting for that look "Prince Qing didn't come out of his room today. His highness even didn't eat his dinner. His highness prevented anyone to enter before he entered his room."

Xu JinXin looked toward the room in front of him and frowned. He wanted to knock at the door but didn't dare to. The main guard couldn't convince his master to eat dinner that night.

Xu JinXin was staring at the moon outside when he heard a scratching sound. Xu JinXin turned back to look at source of sound. A white figure flashed in front of his eyes.  He didn't know why but his hands and legs automatically moved to catch the figure and a cat fell in his hands. The cat looked down. Xu JinXin saw that the cat stared at his legs for a while and meowed at him angrily. "Meowwww"

Xu JinXin suddenly felt a little guilty. It seems that he caught doing something bad. The Cat didn't give him any face and scratched his hands.
