QT - Nine Lives

Fourth Life

Tang Xin was very nervous outside the hospital ward. He called his mother "Mum."

Mrs Tang frowned when she heard her son's anxious voice "what happened? Why are you so anxious?"

Tang Xin looked at Su Qing who was sleeping inside the ward through a glass window. "QingQing is pregnant"

His mother froze but sighed "you rascal wants to joke with mum so late at night"

Tang  Xin was also helpless but what could he do. He also couldn't believe it when the doctor told him this but after the doctor dhow the development of fetus inside QingQing's tummy that he believed it. Last night he proposed to marry Su Qing and QingQing agreed but he vomited while eating fish and steak.

"Mum. I am not in the mood to joke. You can come and see if you don't believe me. I will send you the reports. You are also a doctor, you will know after seeing the reports that I am not kidding with you."

Mrs Tang became serious "Then come here right away. It must be kept secret otherwise it may be harmful  for the baby and mo....father"

Tang Xin replied and hung up the phone. He saw that Su Qing was looking at him through the glass window from inside. He pushed the door in. Actually Su Qing was also nervous when Xitara told him the good news. He never thought about having children in his life but now a surprise came to him that made him happy. But he doesn't know if Xin wants child or not. This child is the sign of their love. How could he not love this child. He is looking forward for the child.

Tang Xin patted his head lovingly but he didn't know how to tell him the news. Su Qing smiled as he felt his nervousness "I know"

Tang Xin was surprised but he nodded happily "thank you baby..."

Su Qing knew that he have to stay in Country Y for almost a year so he asked Su Jing about the pendant. Su Jing was confused "I don't know big brother"

Su Qing frowned. "Ah Jing, I have to visit your foster parents."

Su Jing nodded with confusion. Tang Xin was against him going to Su Family villa but Su Jing coaxed him saying "Su Jing is my sister. I have to go but you can also come with me. Right?"

Su Qing was sitting in the sofa with Tang Xin whereas Su Ling and Su Jing was standing behind them. Tang Xin wrapped his coat around Su Qing when he coughed a little. "Keep yourself warm, weather is a little cold now"

The foster Su grandparents were sitting in side with irritation. But the foster Su parents were very nervous because when they went to adopt a girl, the dean told them that she have two twin brothers. No that twin brothers are here in front of them asking for their sister.

Su Qing took a sip of hot milk "where is the pendant"

Su mother stammered "w-what pendant?"

Su Qing show them his pendant "Where is my sister's Pendant?"
