My parents made the decision to transfer me to another school, and initially, I was hesitant, but there wasn't much choice. Stepping into the unfamiliar corridors of the renowned school on my first day filled me with nerves.
Navigating through the sea of students, I finally found my way to the classroom. Giving my introduction, I couldn't help but notice a boy by the windows, exuding an aura of calmness amidst my turmoil.
As he sat there, seemingly calm, his dark brown hair complemented by the red hoodie, I couldn't help but notice how perfectly it suited him. Taking a seat in front of him, I couldn't shake the feeling of whispers swirling around me, intensifying as I settled down, heightening my nerves.
The class dragged on, each minute feeling longer than the last, leaving me longing for its end. Finally, when the bell rang, signaling the end of the monotony, I let out a deep sigh of relief. That's when I observed two girls making their way toward the boy seated behind me.
"Well, you look incredible in this sweatshirts., babe," said one of the girls. Her hair was blonde.
"You know we are meeting up to watch movies, right?" Someone else made a remark. The girl's hair was colored black at the roots and blue in the front.
What type of school is this, exactly? Is this the way people talk to each other?
One more blonde female shoved me and shouted, "Apparently you stench get away from him." She went on, "You stink like a freshmen pig."
I looked at the others as they laughed.
Goddammit, not the bully.
"Why don't you go sit in the trash can?" she said. "You deserved to be there."
"It seems like you are envious of me. I do not, at the very least, cringe as you do. You should use napkins when you suck because your pink t-shirt has some white spots on it."I smirked and replied.
Bitch, be aware of who you are dealing with.
She looked so shocked, as though no one had ever responded to her before.Everyone in the class wooooed. From the front, a boy remarked, "So, this is the first girl in history to talk back to her."Hey, we got a real one."
Everyone was laughing, including the red hoodie guy, who smirked. As soon as another teacher arrived, they went to their seats.
A girl approached me as I was heading to my locker after class."Hey, I am Janice," she greeted.
"Oh, hello, I am Nina," I answered.
"Wow, what a charming name!"By the way, I thought what you did in class was really cool," she remarked.
"But why is it such a big deal?" I questioned.
"The girl's name is Emily. She is very well-liked and wealthy at this school. Saying popular bully in the school would be my preference. She is completely obsessed with Ethan. Until today, no one had attempted to respond to her; she was completely lost for words. She replied.
"Wow, it seems like I did not know that. Who is Ethan?" I inquired.
"The boy in the red hoodie who was seated behind you," she remarked.
I pulled a "Oh" expression.
She econtinues, "Ethan is a popular and wealthy student in this school. Every girl has a crush on him. He excels at everything, including academics as well as sports. However, the truth is that he does not care about anyone. He does not talk to any girls, though. He is the most badass and attractive guy you will ever meet. He is even liked by some teachers, lol."
